On Wednesday night, All Elite Wrestling hosted a special edition of Dynamite honoring Benjamin “PAC” Satterley, who unexpected died last weekend.
Among the show, two of PAC’s biggest rivals, Will Ospreay and Ricochet faced each other, with the latter picking up the win, courtesy of a Hidden Blade and Black Arrow. The latter move, of course, had long belonged to PAC himself, but on that night, Ospreay wanted to give it a try in honor of him.
“Got to the arena at 2PM and was in the ring til doors opened practicing,” Ospreay wrote on X following his match. “I haven’t performed the Black Arrow for 8 years. Something told me on this night I could make the jump. I threw my heart out in front of me and Ben caught it. Thank you Pac.”
After connecting with the Hidden Blade on Ricochet, Ospreay looked up at the turnbuckle, contemplating if he should follow up with the Black Arrow. With the crowd’s encouragement, he then climbed to the top and delivered the impressive aerial maneuver, putting an end to the emotional slugfest between him and The Demand member.
Before clashing under the AEW banner, Ospreay and PAC first wrestled each other at 2019 RevPro show. Fast forward to 2024, they met again, this time with Ospreay successfuly defending the AEW International Championship against “The Bastard” at that year’s All Out event. PAC’s last match took place at All Out 2026.
