The daughter of a renowned WWE legend has arrived in NXT.
She is Marie Malenko, daughter of the legendary wrestler Dean Malenko. During the broadcast of the NXT Halloween Havoc 2026 event, Marie Malenko made her debut appearance in the developmental territory.
Marie dressed up as a fairy in a pink costume for the spirit of Halloween. She was spotted in the audience during the match between NXT Women’s North American Champion Zaria and Izzi Dame. You can check out her appearance at the start of the clip below:
Marie Malenko made her professional wrestling debut in Japan in February 2026. She competed in promotions like Marigold, Dream Star Fighting, and Pro Wrestling NOAH and was praised for her incredible technical and grappling in-ring style.
In March, it was reported that Marie had signed a developmental deal with WWE after impressing the coaches in tryouts and was introduced as part of the Performance Center class. She wrestled a few dark matches as Lacey Simon before her ring name was changed to Kenzie.
Now, she has made her first appearance on NXT television. Moreover, she seems ready to carry on Dean Malenko’s legacy, who is credited as one of the most gifted in-ring performers of all time.
With Marie’s debut appearance in the books, it will be interesting to see what she does next.
