• The statement: Femi has spent weeks cutting dominant promos, calling himself the ruler and promising to take the crown, leaning hard into the heel-monster framing.
• The personal layer: With the Bloodline reunited, Roman Reigns tasked Jey with winning King of the Ring on his own, and a victory would hand Jey another marquee SummerSlam run off the back of his recent main event push.

Queen of the Ring Final: IYO SKY vs. Liv Morgan

This is the most layered match on the card because one of the finalists is already a world champion.

• The path: SKY won a first-round fatal four-way over Roxanne Perez, Giulia, and Lash Legend, then beat Raquel Rodriguez in the semifinals. Morgan got through Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, and Chelsea Green before beating Charlotte Flair in the semis.
• The hook: Morgan already holds the Women’s World Championship and entered the tournament anyway, openly chasing a second world title to become a double champion.
• The flashpoint: Flair entered her semifinal at a disadvantage after a pre-match attack, a result that kept Morgan’s momentum intact heading into Riyadh.
• What’s at stake: A SummerSlam world title shot, with the winner choosing the target. For Morgan, that opens a path to the WWE Women’s Championship held by Rhea Ripley on top of the gold she already holds.

Steel Cage Match: Seth Rollins vs. Bron Breakker

The cage is built to end a feud that’s been running since The Vision turned on Rollins last fall.

• The breakup: Rollins, Breakker, and Paul Heyman built The Vision together before Breakker and Bronson Reed turned on Rollins, attacking him and forcing him out of the group.
• The receipts: Breakker has repeatedly cost Rollins, and the cage is designed to keep outside interference from deciding the blowoff.
• What’s at stake: Pride and positioning. This is the personal grudge of the card rather than a title match.

United States Championship: Trick Williams (c) vs. Ricky Saints

Saints earned this shot the hard way on SmackDown.

• The challenge: Saints beat Carmelo Hayes in a number one contender’s match on the June 19 SmackDown, capping a heated rivalry in which the two had traded wins before Saints took the rubber match.
• The reign: Williams has had both Saints and Hayes chasing him for weeks since taking the title from Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 42, and now has to turn back the man who came out of that contender’s match hot.

Women’s United States Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Cargill

A first for the division gets its spotlight in Riyadh.

• The milestone: This is the first time the Women’s United States Championship will be defended on a WWE premium live event.
• The challenge: Cargill steps up as the power challenger looking to take the title off Stratton, renewing a rivalry that dates back to their Women’s Championship program.
• What’s at stake: The Women’s United States Championship and the bragging rights of headlining the title’s PLE debut.
