Liv Morgan will appear on WWE Raw on Monday for the first time since winning the Women’s World Championship, Raw general manager Adam Pearce announced. Morgan pinned Stephanie Vaquer in a triple threat that also included Becky Lynch at Money in the Bank on Saturday, beginning her third reign.
Pearce’s preview for the show at Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City, Louisiana, which airs live on Netflix at 8 PM ET, also lists a medical update on Je’Von Evans. Evans was stretchered out of the men’s ladder match after a Bron Breakker spear, then returned in the ambulance and went after Breakker. Breakker tipped the ladder and sent Evans through the roof of the vehicle before Penta took the briefcase.
Chad Gable defends the Intercontinental Championship against Rey Fenix. Gable announced the match himself last week after Fenix beat Ethan Page, and Fenix arrives as AAA World Cruiserweight Champion.
Rey Mysterio faces Big Cass, who returned on the August 3 Raw by attacking Evans. Dominik Mysterio, Rey’s son, has helped Cass in the weeks since. Evans beat Cass and Austin Theory to qualify for the ladder match.
Solo Sikoa and The Usos meet 946, made up of Royce Keys, Bronco Nima and Lucien Price, in a six-man tag that was set last week.
