During The Rock’s appearance at Bad Blood, footage captured Sikoa mentioning that The Rock’s involvement was part of “the plan,” adding weight to this theory.
Further fueling speculation, recent footage from SmackDown showed Tama Tonga making a throat-cut gesture similar to one The Rock made at Bad Blood. When a Twitter user claimed this gesture confirmed The Rock’s leadership of the Bloodline,
