Rock’s bold comment comes after he appeared on the February 21, edition of WWE SmackDown, where he confronted Cody Rhodes. Rather than come to blows with his nemesis, The Rock expressed his desire for Cody to be his champion. The Final Boss wants Cody’s ‘soul’ and is awaiting the Undisputed WWE Champion’s answer at Elimination Chamber: Toronto.
The return of the Brahma Bull in the midst of WrestleMania season has led to speculation of what role The Rock will play this April in Las Vegas. While Cody’s WrestleMania 41 challenger should be determined in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match, fans can’t count out The Rock disrupting plans to fuel his own agenda.
