WWE is looking to follow up on the hot angle that they did last week with former NXT Champion Finn Balor turning heel by attacking Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa.
Thus, it’s time to look ahead starting with tonight’s episode of NXT. The fallout from that heel turn is expected to go down on this episode.
NXT will be going head-to-head in the same time slot as AEW Dynamite on the TNT network.
In the likely main event, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Asuka and Kairi Sane vs. Tegan Nox and Dakota Kai will take place. This is the biggest match thus far announced for the show.
WWE holds this show in Winter Park, Florida at Full Sail University. WWE is advertising the following items for tonight’s broadcast:
