Brooke Hogan is no longer letting her mother control the narrative around their family rift.
The dispute reignited after Linda Hogan posted old family photos on Facebook showing Brooke alongside Hulk Hogan and other relatives, writing that Brooke had been loved growing up and that the family still feels hurt by her distancing herself from them.
I posted these wonderful photos of Brooke, my daughter, with me and my ex-husband, her father, and my mom and dad—and really, the whole family! Brooke is loved. We feel hurt every day that she just tosses us aside like trash. I want to make sure she remembers how it really was and can really see how much she was adored and loved.
Brooke didn’t let it go unanswered. She reposted her mother’s message to her Instagram Stories and said she was close to releasing screenshots that would explain part of why the split happened in the first place.

She accused Linda of repeatedly dragging her name through the mud and warned that “selective amnesia” wouldn’t work indefinitely, closing her response with a pointed “final warning.”

Brooke hasn’t specified what the alleged screenshots contain or when they’re from, and as of now neither side has escalated further. But with Linda airing her side publicly and Brooke signaling she’s prepared to respond in kind, this doesn’t look like a rift that’s cooling down anytime soon.
