Jake Paul is paying tribute to the late Hulk Hogan in a big way ahead of his blockbuster boxing match against Anthony Joshua.
The 28-year-old influencer-turned-boxer revealed his custom fight outfit on Instagram Tuesday, showcasing gear made entirely from the skin of a 12-foot alligator he personally hunted and killed. “Turned a 12ft Gator into my fight outfit in homage to the legendary Hulk Hogan — RIP Brother” Paul wrote.
The outfit features Hogan’s iconic red-and-yellow color scheme, complete with shorts, shoes, and a jacket emblazoned with “HULKAMANIA” across the chest.
Never done before, I’m making my own boxing shorts out of Alligator I killed,” Paul explained in the video. “A couple of months ago, I went gator hunting then after spotting a 12ft gator I killed it, then decided I want to turn this into my fight outfit. We had a team working around the clock to design and craft the perfect outfit for my upcoming fight and this whole fight outfit is in homage to the legend Hulk Hogan.
Hogan passed away on July 24, 2025 at age 71 following a cardiac arrest at his Clearwater, Florida home. The WWE Hall of Famer was a six-time WWF Champion and helped transform professional wrestling into a global phenomenon during the 1980s.
Paul faces Joshua this Friday, December 19 at Kaseya Center in Miami, streaming live on Netflix. The former two-time undisputed heavyweight champion enters as a massive -1300 favorite against Paul, who holds a 12-1 record.
