John Cena’s one-of-one WrestleMania 41 patch autograph card sold for $329,400 on Saturday night, the highest public price ever paid for a wrestling card. Goldin announced the final figure on its X account after the Goldin 100 auction closed on September 19.
The lot is a 2025 Topps Royalty WWE WrestleMania Patch Autographs #WPA-JCE, graded PSA NM-MT 8, and it holds the commemorative patch Cena wore on night two of WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas on April 20, 2025. That’s the match where he beat Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship and became a 17-time world champion, moving past Ric Flair, in what turned out to be his final WrestleMania.
Topps announced in late July that the card had been pulled from a pack and logged on the PSA population report, calling it arguably the greatest WWE trading card ever produced.

Bidding opened on August 19 and moved quickly. Goldin’s bidding history shows the card hit $16,000 on day one, climbed to $28,000 by August 20, then jumped to $92,000 the following day with 15 bids logged and four weeks still left on the clock. The closing price came in more than three times higher than that.
The previous high for any wrestling card was the $132,000 paid at Heritage Auctions in December 2024 for a 1982-83 Wrestling All-Stars Hulk Hogan card. On the WWE-licensed side, the benchmark had been the 2022 Prizm Black 1/1 of The Rock at $126,000. Cena’s patch card cleared both by nearly $200,000.
It also dwarfs the other WrestleMania 41 patch cards that have reached the market. Randy Orton’s 1-of-1, which he signed with a “WM #20” inscription, sold for $42,100 in May, and Topps called it the second-most expensive WWE card ever at the time. Orton responded by publicly offering the buyer the throwback gear he wore that night.
Karl-Anthony Towns, who was outbid on the Orton card in the closing seconds, went public in May with a $60,000 bounty on Cena’s card. The bidding ended more than five times past that. Goldin has not identified the buyer.
Why The Cena Patch Carries A Premium
Supply explains much of it. Cena wrestled his last match on December 13, 2025, tapping out to Gunther at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington, D.C., the night Cody Rhodes and CM Punk laid their championships on his shoulders. No new gear gets worn, signed, and authenticated from an active Cena run again, and the WrestleMania 41 patch sits at the exact moment he broke the world title record.
He isn’t finished with WWE. Cena remains attached to the tournament carrying his name, which the company has been eyeing for December.
