Liv Morgan is adding another film credit to her growing Hollywood resume.
The reigning WWE Women’s World Champion has joined the cast of Ping, a psychological thriller currently in production in Mississippi, according to Deadline. Morgan stars alongside Obsession actress Megan Lawless, The Recruit’s Fivel Stewart, creator and actress Savanah Moss, and After actor Carter Jenkins.
Written and directed by Richie Gordon in his feature debut, Ping follows an aspiring creative director who lands a remote dream job, only to be forced to choose between her sanity and a boss she can never escape. Jason Buckley’s Ultimate Media Group is launching international sales on the film at the TIFF market and is co-repping domestic rights with CAA Media Finance.
Buckley called the project a smart, provocative film that explores ambition and power, adding that the team is looking forward to beginning buyer conversations in Toronto.
This marks Morgan’s second film role of 2026. She previously wrapped Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo, a Neon-backed thriller directed by Takashi Miike that hits theaters next month alongside Shun Oguri and Lily James.
Morgan’s Hollywood push comes during arguably the biggest year of her in-ring career. She won the 2026 Royal Rumble, defeated Stephanie Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 42, and retained the title over Iyo Sky at SummerSlam. She remains a member of The Judgment Day on the Raw brand.
Morgan has not yet publicly commented on the Ping casting. Deadline noted the announcement marks the first time Ultimate Media Group has formally launched pre-sales on a film at a market.
