Piper Niven has the news she has been waiting for a year. The WWE star posted X-rays of her neck on Instagram alongside the result of her 12-week checkup.
Howdy cowpokes ? got my 12 week scans and everything is ‘healing beautifully’.
Niven has not wrestled since the August 22, 2025 episode of SmackDown in Dublin, where she beat Charlotte Flair. She aggravated a pre-existing neck injury and had a single-level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion in May. In June, she told a fan that a return would take a long time and might not happen at all.
She also found a backlog of messages waiting for her, and warned people not to expect replies.

Niven has not put a timeline on anything. Before the injury, she worked alongside Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre as the Secret Hervice, a trio that came apart after Fyre’s WWE exit in May.
