He is none other than Carlito. In an appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, the reigning WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion said that Carlito was courting her every week and that it was heading towards a romantic storyline. Fans were also taking a strong interest in it.
However, Raquel Rodriguez said that WWE did not go ahead with it. According to Rodriguez, they didn’t want the Judgment Day power couple, Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio, to be overshadowed by her brewing chemistry with Carlito.

Big Mami Cool also added that she wanted to have a final date or something kind of an ending to the storyline.
