Thunder Rosa is making her highly anticipated in-ring return at Riot Cabaret Pro Wrestling's Thunderwall event on April 28, 2026, where she will compete in a championship title unification bout against Alexxis Falcon.
Rosa currently holds the Riot Cabaret Women's Championship, a title she has maintained since October 2024.

Thunder Rosa's has been out of action since July 2025, when she competed in the Casino Gauntlet match at AEW All In Texas. Following that event, she announced a hiatus due to an undisclosed injury.
Throughout the fall, she provided updates on her recovery. In November, she made clear that her health was her top priority, saying "given the circumstances right now, I can't be in the ring.
