Thunder Rosa has announced her separation from husband, Brian Cervantes.
The AEW star revealed the news on social media, mentioning that they have decided to go their separate ways after 14 years together.
Rosa noted that the decision was taken in a friendly and respectful manner, and she is grateful for the chance to adopt Cervantes' son Anakin as her own during this time:

The female star also thanked her husband for supporting her career. In a 2020 interview with Chris Van Vliet, Thunder Rosa had told the story of how Brian had promised to take care of their family, allowing her to pursue wrestling full time with Lucha Underground season 3.
The LU stint as Kobra Moon opened the doors for the Mexican star to compete in promotions such as ROH and NWA before her AEW signing in 2020.
The former champion is currently on a break from wrestling. She hasn't competed since the All Out Texas PPV in July, where she was part of the Casino Gauntlet match. There is no word on when she will return to the ring.
