Zilla Fatu appears to have worked his final House of Glory date, dropping the HOG Crown Jewel Championship to Amazing Red at High Intensity on Friday night at the NYC Arena in Jamaica, Queens.
Red won it with a Code Red off the top rope followed by a pair of frog splashes. What happened after the bell made the subtext obvious.
As the crowd chanted “Thank you Zilla,” Red took the microphone. “I’m usually on the other side of stuff like this,” he said. “Zilla, real simple: good luck.”
Fatu shook Red’s hand and bowed to him. Commentary added that “the best is yet to come” for Fatu, then closed the segment by saying “greener pastures, bigger stages await Zilla Fatu.”

Two Reigns As HOG’s Centerpiece
Fatu won the Crown Jewel Championship on his House of Glory debut, beating Carlos Ramirez at High Intensity on July 26, 2024. It was the first title of his career.
That run lasted 371 days before Bully Ray took the belt off him in a tables match on August 1, 2025. Fatu got it back 34 days later in Philadelphia, pinning Bully Ray in 27 seconds, and held it for the following 11 months. In February he also challenged MJF for the AEW World Championship on an HOG show.
Where He Goes Next
Fatu was spotted at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando on June 8. Later that month, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported WWE expected to sign him if a deal wasn’t already done, noting the decision had come together fairly recently despite years of speculation.
Nothing has been made official by WWE. Fatu, 26, is the son of the late Umaga, trained under Booker T at Reality of Wrestling and debuted in July 2023. Paul Heyman has publicly pushed the company to sign him.
