The top two matches are set for New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Wrestle Kingdom 10 event on January 4th, 2016 from the Tokyo Dome:
- IWGP Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura vs. AJ Styles
- IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi
The matches were announced at Saturday’s Power Struggle event. Fans are flipping out on Twitter about the Nakamura vs. Styles match and rightfully so. These two have somehow never faced each other in singles action and NJPW just proved once again why WrestleKingdom is one of the premiere shows of the year.
