Former WWE Superstars Jessica McKay (Billie Kay) and Cassandra Macintosh (Peyton Royce) have filed a trademark application for the name, The Inspiration.
According to the US Patent & Trademark Office Database, the trademark users covers entertainment services and merchandise.
“G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personalities; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personalities; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer;“

The ‘Inspiration’ application was filed on June 15th by McIntosh and JTLM Inc., an entity owned by McKay and her husband.
Following their release from WWE in April, the former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions filed to traemark new ring names, Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee.
They also recently launched the Off Her Chops podcast.
