Colby Covington Willing To Retire After Next UFC Fight To Join WWE

UFC star Colby Covington has made an interesting statement regarding a potential WWE career heading into his next fight under the UFC banner.

The former interim UFC Welterweight Champion spoke with ESPN reporter Ariel Helwani to promote his fight at the UFC 245 pay-per-view event.

According to Covington, he doesn’t think that he’s being compensated the way he should. Colby believes he’s underpaid and undervalued regarding his purse for UFC 245. With that said, he’s more than willing to jump to WWE after this fight.

“UFC needs to pay up and if they don’t pay up after this fight you will probably see me in WWE. This is it. I’m putting my foot down. I am willing to retire after Saturday night and go to WWE forever and leave this stupid corrupt business behind.”
