Matt Hardy Thinks Bray Wyatt’s New Character Will Be Grand Slam

Matt Hardy is open to a reunion.

Former WWE Tag Team Champion Matt Hardy recently spoke with TalkSPORT to talk about a wide range of topics.

During the interview, he talked about his latest character where he does videos on social media with the captions being ‘You Don’t Know How Hard It Is To Be Matt Hardy.’

This is where Hardy brought up how he loves being creative and in fact would like to have the freedom of being in charge of his character in WWE.

“I have other things I would be interested in doing. I love giving creative ideas. I wish I could run my own creative, in fact. I feel like that’s part of the fun of being an artist at my age.”

Hardy added that later in his career he felt confident in his abilities to change his character and make people buy into it, which is a challenge he welcomes.

Hardy also talked about his friendship with Bray Wyatt and their run as a tag team in 2018. This is where they were the two enemies that became friends and eventually won the RAW Tag Team Titles.

Hardy is up for a potential reunion with Wyatt and his new “Fiend” character. Hardy said, “I would not say no to that. I’m a big fan of Bray and we’re good friends on a personal level.”

Hardy stated that he’s a big fan of Wyatt’s work and his creative thought process.

He added that he hopes he’ll get the proper opportunity with all this because he thinks Wyatt’s new character will be a grand slam.
