John Cena may have seemed like an odd choice to host this year’s ESPY Awards, but the 15-time world champion proved once again that he’s got mainstream appeal. Cena delivered a strong opening monologue, which shouldn’t be that surprising since he’s no stranger to public speaking. WWE had a very strong presence at the ESPY Awards, with Ric Flair, Charlotte, The Bella Twins, The Miz, New Day, Big Show, Cathy Kelley and more in attendance.
