WWE Discontinuing The Second Screen Experience On The WWE App

WWE.com announced on Monday that they are discontinuing the “second-screen” WWE App experience. For the past 3 years, WWE has utilized the WWE App to provide fans a continued immersive experience during RAW, SmackDown and PPV broadcasts, offering fans a glimpse inside the arena during commercial breaks, dedicated photography live voting and more.

The announcement notes that “in this ever-changing digital landscape, more and more fans are turning to alternate ways to consume our content during programming” and fans can turn to WWE.com and social media to get their fix.

WWE is steadfastly committed to delivering the same level of engagement and multimedia-rich companion content you’ve come to love, taking you behind the scenes of every single show as they unfold live on the screen of your choosing.
