WWE RAW Viewership Increases For Post-Extreme Rules Show

Monday’s edition of WWE RAW from Long Island, NY at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum averaged 2.453 million viewers, up from 2.352 million the previous week.

Here is the hourly viewership breakdown, courtesy of ShowbuzzDaily:

  • Hour 1: 2.379 million
  • Hour 2: 2.503 million
  • Hour 3: 2.478 million

The episode was expected to increase in viewership as it was the post-show of RAW for Extreme Rules. For comparison, the same episode last year drew 3.118 million viewers for hour one, 2.859 in the second hour, and 2.622 in the third hour.

Some of the matches that took place include a Best Two Out Of Three Falls Six Man Tag Team Match, Cedric Alexander vs. Drew McIntyre, Samoa Joe vs. Finn Balor. The Club vs. The Lucha House Party, WWE RAW Women’s Title #1 Contendership Elimination Fatal Four Way Match, and WWE Universal Title #1 Contendership 10 Man Battle Royal

The show also featured an appearance by Paul Heyman and newly crowned WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar as well as Bray Wyatt’s TV return.
