Nikki Cross stepped back into a wrestling ring for the first time since her April WWE release, reuniting with her husband Big Damo at Over The Top Wrestling’s After Dark event in Ireland.
The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion followed the appearance with an Instagram post that suggests her independent run is only just getting started.
She got involved during Damo’s tag team bout in Dublin, stepping in to help her husband and giving fans their first look at her back in the ring since her WWE exit.
Reflecting on the night, Cross posted on Nikki Cross (Instagram) about how much the reunion meant after years of clashing schedules.
After having conflicting schedules for the better part of ten years, it felt damn nice to be in a ring again with my love ?? The Best in the Galaxy at @over_the_top_wrestling tonight! See you all in August ???,” Cross wrote.
