A familiar face from wrestling’s most famous faction turned up in AEW this week.
Doc Gallows was backstage at Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite and Collision taping in Nashville, according to PWInsider. No word yet on what the visit was about.
Gallows has been a free agent since WWE released him in February 2025, ending his second run with the company alongside longtime partner Karl Anderson. The Good Brothers have stayed busy since, returning to New Japan Pro-Wrestling, debuting in Pro Wrestling NOAH at the start of this year, and picking up tag team gold in Mexico with The Crash.
There’s plenty of shared history with AEW. Gallows and Anderson were Bullet Club mainstays alongside Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks, all three of whom remain fixtures in All Elite Wrestling, with Omega currently holding the AEW World Championship. The Good Brothers also appeared on AEW programming back in 2021 during the promotion’s working relationship with Impact Wrestling, helping Omega in a brawl with Jon Moxley and reuniting on screen with the Bucks.
Backstage visits don’t always lead anywhere, and nothing has been announced. But with AEW Redemption days away and Gallows unattached, it’s a sighting worth noting.
