Hulk Hogan Clearwater Mansion Listed for $10.9 Million

Hulk Hogan\’s Clearwater Beach, Florida mansion has been listed for sale approximately six months after his death. The waterfront property is on the market for $10.9 million and offers 5,400 square feet of living space. Hogan passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71.

The former WWE superstar\’s estate includes five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and a host of luxury amenities. Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, purchased the property in 2012 for around $3.3 million.

The listing is managed by Martha Thorn of Coldwell Banker Realty\’s Thorn Collection, and was first reported by TMZ.

Hogan\’s widow, Sky Daily, and son, Nick, are managing the estate.
