Stephanie Vaquer Declares Herself Cleared For Becky Lynch

Stephanie Vaquer says she's cleared in a WWE video, tossing her crutches aside and telling Becky Lynch she'll see her Monday, days after a reported setback.

Stephanie Vaquer says she’s medically cleared, and she delivered the news to Becky Lynch by tossing her crutches aside in a video WWE posted on X on Saturday.

In the clip, Vaquer asks Lynch whether she wanted to know when she’d be cleared, drops the crutches, and signs off with “See you Monday.” That points to the October 26 episode of Raw.

The announcement caps a confusing two weeks. Vaquer hurt her ankle at Money in the Bank on October 10, where Liv Morgan pinned her with Oblivion to regain the Women’s World Championship. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported the injury was legitimate and that she wasn’t expected to miss much time. She appeared on crutches on the October 12 Raw and said she’d be fine in a few days.

She then worked WWE live events in Hawaii on October 16 and 17. The Observer later reported she was once again not medically cleared and was back on crutches, which is why a clean bill of health on video carries weight.

Lynch confronted Vaquer backstage on the October 19 Raw, and Raw general manager Adam Pearce said the two would meet once Vaquer was cleared. As of Saturday, WWE has not officially announced a match for Monday’s show.

Lynch has been pushing for another shot at the Women’s World Championship, and Vaquer has told her she doesn’t need a title to beat her. Morgan’s reign is already under pressure elsewhere: Tiffany Stratton tried to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on Morgan on Friday’s SmackDown, but Judgment Day pulled Morgan out before the bell.
