The price of Hulk Hogan’s secondary Florida home has dropped by $600,000, falling from $4.5 million to $3.9 million, according to Realtor.
The property sits adjacent to Hogan’s larger Clearwater compound, which is also for sale and has seen its own price reduction — originally listed at just under $11 million following his death in July 2025, it is now listed at $9 million.
Hogan purchased the larger compound in 2012 for $3.33 million and added the secondary property in 2016 for $1.6 million. Both properties sit directly on the beach.
Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died on July 24, 2025 at age 71 inside the larger of the two homes. Paramedics responded to a cardiac arrest call before he was transported to a local hospital, where he passed away. The Pinellas County Forensic Science Center determined his cause of death was an acute myocardial infarction. Contributing factors included a history of atrial fibrillation and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The Clearwater Police Department subsequently closed their investigation, finding no evidence of foul play and confirming his death was the result of natural causes.
His daughter Brooke Hogan has publicly questioned aspects of the investigation, citing inconsistencies and urging further examination. His wife Sky Daily was among those who provided statements to investigators.
