John Cena Thanks Ring Announcer Alicia Taylor After Final Survivor Series Intro

ByMike Reichlin

John Cena and WWE ring announcer Alicia Taylor shared a heartfelt exchange on social media following Survivor Series, marking Taylor's final time introducing the 17-time world champion during his farewell tour.

Taylor took to X to reflect on the milestone moment, writing that Survivor Series was her last opportunity to announce Cena. She described it as "an absolute honor to share the ring" with someone she called "The Greatest of ALL-TIME" during his WWE Farewell Tour.

Cena responded with a gracious message praising Taylor's contributions to WWE programming.

Matches and moments are only memorable if we ALL believe in them. Thank YOU for being a driving force to help audiences around the world enjoy and invest in these moments. NO ONE does it alone," Cena wrote. "Your professionalism, passion, presentation and overall love of the business lay the foundation for lifelong memories.

The exchange highlights the collaborative nature of professional wrestling, where performers like Cena often credit behind-the-scenes talent and support staff for helping create memorable moments. Taylor has served as a ring announcer for WWE since 2018 and has become a fixture on SmackDown.

Cena's farewell tour continues as the WWE legend works toward his retirement from in-ring competition in 2025.
