Former WWE Star's Final TNA Match Airs Tonight On iMPACT

Mara Sade’s TNA run ends on tonight’s iMPACT.

Sade faces Heather by Elegance in the last quarterfinal of the Knockouts Television Championship tournament, a match taped last week at TNA’s Philadelphia tapings. It airs at 9/8c on AMC and AMC+ in the US, on TNA+ worldwide, and at 8pm ET on Sportsnet 360 in Canada.

TNA confirmed on Monday that Sade and Jody Threat had both left the company. Sade’s deal had already lapsed by the time those tapings rolled around, so she wasn’t obligated to be there at all.

She worked them anyway. PWInsider reports she chose to appear to finish out her storyline, and that TNA was thankful for how she handled the exit. Fightful Select reported the company raised its offer trying to keep her.

Both outlets say the expectation inside TNA and AEW is that Sade lands in AEW, though nothing has been signed or announced and no start date exists publicly.

Sade spent four years in WWE as Jakara Jackson, working mainly on NXT as part of Meta-Four alongside Lash Legend, Noam Dar, and Oro Mensah. She signed with TNA after her 2025 WWE release, rebranded, and became a fixture in the Knockouts division until her contract expired last month.

Her tournament run started at the Albany tapings, where she beat Tasha Steelz in the first round. TNA’s press release announcing the two departures also teased that a former titleholder will be returning to the Knockouts division, with no name attached.
