Masha Slamovich Returns Post-Abuse Claims

ByMike Reichlin

Masha Slamovich returned to the ring on January 16 at Circle 6, defeating Haley J in a cage match in what marked her first bout since September 2025.

The former TNA Knockouts competitor had been absent from wrestling following domestic abuse allegations made by her ex-partner AKIRA in September. Slamovich was subsequently removed from the TNA roster in December 2025.

Slamovich's return signals the beginning of an indie circuit rebuild. She already has several bookings announced for the coming months, including a return to Circle 6 in February, an MCW appearance in March, and a date with Japanese promotion Marvelous in May.

Haley J, an independent wrestling veteran who has worked with NWA and OVW, shared highlights from the cage match on Instagram via Fightful.

Slamovich had established herself as a prominent figure in TNA's Knockouts division before her departure. Her path forward now runs through the independent scene as she looks to rebuild her career across multiple promotions.
