The location of WWE Crown Jewel 2026 has come into question recently, particularly due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
Originally, the November 7 premium live event was scheduled to take place inside the Riyadh Season Stadium at KAFD in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Today, Riyadh Season announced that this is no longer the case.
“We would like to inform you that it has been decided to move the ‘WWE Crown Jewel’ event to a new venue, and full ticket value will be refunded to all buyers, with tickets to be re-released to everyone within the next 48 hours,” Riyadh Season confirmed on X.
According to Fightful Select, those working on site have indicated that WWE Crown Jewel is expected to remain in Riyadh, just from a different venue.
The outlet added that sources at WWE headquarters learned about the change when Riyadh Season confirmed it on social media. WWE itself has not formally commented on the sudden move.
As of this writing, four matches are confirmed for Crown Jewel:
- Last Man Standing: Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes
- WWE World Tag Team Titles: The Vision (Bron Breakker and Austin Theory) (c) vs. Penta and Je’Von Evans
- WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Championship: Liv Morgan vs. Chelsea Green or Nikki Bella
- WWE Men’s Crown Jewel Championship: Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn or Trick Williams
Local promotional artwork suggested that a singles match between “The Ring General” Gunther and Finn Balor could potentially be added to the PLE lineup.
