Michin Reacts To First WWE Title Win In Her Hometown

Michin says she's thankful to win her first WWE title in her hometown, with family watching, after she and B-Fab took the Women's Tag Team Championship.

Michin says winning her first WWE championship in her hometown, with her family watching from the stands, made the moment even more special.

Michin and B-Fab beat Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley on Friday’s SmackDown from Ontario, California, to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Jade Cargill interfered behind the referee’s back, and Michin finished Paxley with a Styles Clash.

Michin shared her reaction on X after the show, writing, “So thankful to achieve this in my hometown.” She called the moment surreal, said her family got to watch it live, and thanked her oppa for wrestling her when they were kids and planting the dream. She signed off as Fontana’s Finest.

B-Fab posted her own message, looking back on her journey and telling fans to believe in themselves. “Push even when you don’t think you can,” she wrote.

The win is the first WWE title reign for both women, as a team and individually. They aligned with Cargill during her feud with Rhea Ripley ahead of WrestleMania 42, and Cargill’s help again decided the finish. It ended Bliss and Paxley’s reign at 14 days.
