Pro Wrestling Events This Week: Money In The Bank, Bound For Glory And AEW Grand Slam

Pro wrestling events this week start Monday, October 5, with WWE Raw in St. Louis and finish Sunday, October 11, with TNA Bound for Glory in Tampa. In between, AEW tapes Dynamite and Collision in Paris on Tuesday, WWE SmackDown visits Lafayette, Louisiana on Friday, and WWE Money in the Bank takes over New Orleans on Saturday. Each event is below in date order with a ticket link and where to watch.

WWE Raw and AEW Grand Slam open the week

WWE Raw is at Enterprise Center in St. Louis on Monday, October 5, live on Netflix at 8 p.m. ET. Roman Reigns returns, and Becky Lynch faces Liv Morgan to decide Stephanie Vaquer’s challenger for Money in the Bank. Our WWE Raw go-home card preview has the full lineup. AEW Grand Slam: France is a double taping at the Adidas Arena in Paris on Tuesday, October 6, with a listed 6 p.m. local start, noon ET. Will Ospreay defends the AEW World Championship against Kazuchika Okada, Darby Allin defends the TNT Championship against Kyle Fletcher, Mercedes Moné defends the AEW Women’s World Championship against Queen Aminata, and Bandido defends the ROH World Championship against Kofi. The Dynamite edition airs Wednesday, October 7 on TBS and HBO Max, and the Collision edition airs Saturday, October 10 on TNT and HBO Max. You can stream both on HBO Max.

SmackDown in Lafayette leads into Money in the Bank

WWE Friday Night SmackDown is at the Lafayette Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana on Friday, October 9, with Ticketmaster listing a 6:30 p.m. local start. Get WWE SmackDown tickets for Lafayette.

WWE Money in the Bank takes place Saturday, October 10 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, with a 7 p.m. ET start. It streams on ESPN Unlimited in the United States and on Netflix internationally. Here is the card as it stands after SmackDown’s final qualifiers, with Raw and SmackDown still able to add matches:

  • World Heavyweight Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. LA Knight
  • Women’s World Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Becky Lynch or Liv Morgan, decided Monday on Raw
  • Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Bron Breakker, Je’Von Evans, Penta, Trick Williams, CM Punk and Kevin Owens
  • Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Lola Vice, Sol Ruca, Jacy Jayne, Roxanne Perez, Lash Legend and Tiffany Stratton
  • Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed

GCW and TNA Bound for Glory close the week

TNA Bound for Glory closes the week at the Yuengling Center in Tampa on Sunday, October 11. Ticketmaster lists a 4 p.m. local start, and the show streams on TNA+ and traditional pay-per-view. Nic Nemeth defends the TNA World Championship against Leon Slater, The Hardys face Syx in a Falls Count Anywhere match, and six men fight for the vacant X-Division Championship. Just outside this window, AEW WrestleDream is set for October 17 at Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, where a Clockwork Carnage match will decide the AEW World Championship.
