WWE has officially announced that Money in the Bank will take place Saturday, October 10 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, one month later than originally planned.
The event is being held in conjunction with the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and Legends Global.
Tickets go on sale Friday, July 10 at 10 a.m. ET via Ticketmaster. A presale opens Thursday, July 9 at 10 a.m. ET, with fans able to register at WWE.com. Premium VIP packages through On Location, including priority seating, hospitality events, Superstar appearances, and exclusive photo opportunities, will also be available.
Money in the Bank sees competitors battle for a briefcase containing a contract for a championship match that can be cashed in at any time within the following year.
Last year’s event took place on June 7, 2025, at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Seth Rollins won the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match to secure his second career briefcase. Naomi captured the Women’s briefcase for the first time in her career, knocking Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan off a propped ladder to seal the win.
In the main event, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso defeated Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Logan Paul, with R-Truth making a return to interfere and help secure the victory. Dominik Mysterio also successfully defended the Intercontinental Championship against Penta on the card.
