WWE continues to defy expectations with their Holiday taping schedule.
The company had taped an episode of SmackDown alongside this Monday’s Raw, which was originally believed to be the December 26 episode of the Blue Branded show. The officials instead opted to air the episode this Friday and used the night to tape both Raw and SmackDown episodes for next week. Below are the spoiler results for the December 22 Raw taped tonight:

Backstage Promo: Paul Heyman and Austin Theory were seen chatting backstage before the show opened after Theory was revealed as the Survivor Series mystery man.

Opening Match: Rhea Ripley vs. Asuka: The Women’s bout officially opened the tapings. Asuka picked up a victory over her opponent after rolling The Mami for the pin.

Backstage Promo: Paul Heyman and the rest of the Vision members are seen discussing whether or not Theory should be allowed to join their group.

Becky Lynch Returns: The Man cuts a promo but gets interrupted by Maxxine Dupri. The two then get physical with Maxxine getting the upper hand. She makes Lynch tap out using the ankle lock. An IC title match between the two for January 5 Raw is announced afterwards.

Match Announcement: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Nikki Bella Women’s Title Match is announced for the December 29 Raw after Vaquer requested the bout. AJ Styles & Dragon Lee vs. The Usos is also announced.

Singles Match: Je’Von Evans vs. Rayo Americano: Evans delivers another good performance and pins Americano.

Nikki Bella Promo: Bella hypes the triple threat title match and brags about being a legend.

Singles Match: Bayley vs. Roxanne Perez: Raquel Rodriguez tries to help Perez, but ultimately ends up costing her the match as Bayley picks up the victory. Liv Morgan then argues with Rodriguez at the ringside. The Judgment Day stars continue to argue in the proceeding backstage segment. Morgan and Perez are on the same side and Raquel storms off.

Gunther Promo: The Ring General gets considerable heat from the crowd and once again calls John Cena ‘a little bitch.’ CM Punk and Rey Mysterio then interrupt the former world champion and have a stare-down. Gunther has another confrontation with AJ Styles backstage as well.

Main Event: CM Punk & Rey Mysterio vs. Bronson Reed & Austin Theory: Theory gets the win for the team in his first match since his return. He pins Rey Mysterio.
