Dax Harwood is pleased to be once again working with Adam Copeland, who he believes is the prototype for every aspiring wrestler. At AEW Worlds End, Copeland made a dramatic return, joining FTR to fend off the Death Riders during the event’s climactic moments. This marked Copeland’s first appearance since May, when a fractured tibia sidelined the two-time former TNT Champion.
On the post-show media scrum, Harwood praised his mentor and close personal friend.
“This man is one of the greatest of all time and his career is what everybody strives to have when they start in professional wrestling.”
Harwood also addressed the criticism Copeland faced following his injury at Double or Nothing, where a high-risk dive from a steel cage led to him being out of action for months.
“People like to criticize what we do and they ask him, they question him. This is Adam f****** Copeland. If he wants to jump off a cage, let him jump off a cage. If he breaks his leg, he breaks his leg.”
Copeland has already set his sights on the AEW World Championship and other gold now that he’s back and aligned with Harwood and Cash Wheeler. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on the Rated-R Superstar following his exciting return at AEW World End.
