With the changing times, wrestlers have also changed their approach and found new ways to connect with the fans. For many of them, this means increasing their online presence through various platforms to better tell their story and receive feedback.
One of the most popular choices for this is starting a podcast. Big names such as Cody Rhodes, Stephanie McMahon, and even The Undertaker have been hosting their own podcasts successfully, and now Charlotte Flair seems to be joining this list.
Off The Pedestal with Ashley Fliehr
Charlotte’s father and wrestling legend Ric Flair recently shared a photo from what appeared to be a podcast studio with the caption reading: “Fun Day With The Queen! WOOOOO!”
In the photo, the former Women’s Champion was seen holding a card that showed a graphic reading Off The Pedestal with Ashley Fliehr. Ric also tagged a new Twitter account of the same name which was created last month.
Using her real name instead of the in-ring name suggests that the new podcast is Charlotte’s own venture, similar to Cody Rhodes, and not a WWE-branded podcast.
