Georges St-Pierre has conquered just about everything combat sports has to offer, but WWE’s most iconic finisher gave him a bit more trouble than expected.
The UFC Hall of Famer got a lesson in how to properly deliver Randy Orton’s signature RKO before trying it himself. He shared the attempt on social media with a playful nod to Orton’s famous catchphrase.
The clip showed St-Pierre clearly having fun with it, even if the technique wasn’t quite ready for WWE television.
Orton responded on X shortly after, taking the imitation as a genuine compliment and turning St-Pierre’s own hashtag joke back on him.
It’s a lighthearted crossover moment between two legends of their respective sports, even if St-Pierre’s title reigns clearly translate better than his cutter technique, for now.
