TNA Announces New Bound For Glory Start Time And Schedule

TNA has set a new schedule for Bound For Glory on Sunday, October 11 at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, with the Hall of Fame ceremony starting at 4 p.m. ET and the pay-per-view beginning at 4:30 p.m. ET, according to TNA’s official announcement.

TNA describes it as a minor change to the timing and format of the event, and it is billing a longer show, saying “more BFG is needed” with championship matches and bitter feuds on the card. The announcement does not say what the previous start time was.

Three Inductees Open The Day

The ceremony is sponsored by iHeartRadio and will induct ODB, Amazing Red and Konnan. TNA revealed ODB’s induction at Rebellion in April, then announced Red’s at Slammiversary on June 28, where he worked the Ultimate X match in his first TNA match since 2011. Konnan’s induction was announced the same night.

ODB is a four-time Knockouts Champion, and Red is a three-time X-Division Champion. Konnan’s run with the company began in 2002, according to Fightful, and his last TNA match came at Bound For Glory 2018.

What Else Is On The Show

TNA’s release names The Hardys, Nic Nemeth, Mustafa Ali, Moose, Leon Slater, Ricky Sosa, AJ Francis, Xia Brookside and Allie among the stars for the show, and says surprises are expected. Nemeth defends the TNA World Championship against Slater, who gave up the X-Division Championship through Option C after Lockdown on August 23 to earn the shot.

The card also includes the following, with the lineup subject to change:

  • Xia Brookside (c) vs. Indi Hartwell for the TNA Knockouts World Championship
  • Mustafa Ali (c) defending the TNA International Championship in a four-way match
  • The Hardys vs. Syx in a Falls Count Anywhere match
  • Eddie Edwards vs. Ricky Sosa

TNA has also announced that Hall of Famer Mickie James will appear. Bound For Glory airs live on pay-per-view and TNA+, and our full Bound For Glory preview has the rest of the card.
