The Undertaker is picking against Brock Lesnar ahead of SummerSlam, and he thinks the clock is the deciding factor.
Answering a fan question during a new Q&A episode of his Six Feet Under podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer broke down the Hell in a Cell trilogy match between Lesnar and Oba Femi and landed on the King of the Ring winner.
“I think Oba will do better the shorter the match goes. I think if it gets into the later 15, 20, 25-minute mark, Brock’s experience probably will serve him well here,” Undertaker said. “Flip of the coin, I’m gonna go with the momentum. I say Oba wins in a Hell in a Cell classic.”
A Pick That Cuts Against His Own History
The prediction carries weight given who is making it. Lesnar owns two career wins over Undertaker inside Hell in a Cell, and WWE lists him at 2-2 overall in the structure heading into Minneapolis. Femi has never wrestled a Cell match.
Femi beat Lesnar at WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium, after which Lesnar left his gloves in the ring and appeared to be walking away from the business. That retirement tease did not hold. He returned weeks later, attacked Femi on Raw, and evened the series at Clash in Italy in May.
After winning the 2026 King of the Ring tournament, Femi passed on his world championship opportunity to chase a third match instead. Lesnar accepted and raised it by adding the Cell stipulation in his home state.
What Femi Still Has To Prove
Elsewhere in the episode, Undertaker praised Femi’s presentation but stressed that aura alone does not sustain a run at the top.
“To have long-term success, you’ve gotta be able to deliver night in and night out in the ring,” he said.
He is not the only legend calling it for The Ruler. Mark Henry recently predicted Femi wins and Lesnar retires after the weekend.
SummerSlam runs Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
