Kay Lee Ray is back.
The released WWE star formerly known as Alba Fyre had been teased for the EVE 150: History Makers / Rule Breakers event in London this Friday but her appearance had not officially been announced.
During the show, Molly Spartan issued an open challenge. The company first teased the fans with Abi Cartwright answering the challenge as Abi Fyre.
After the match ended in No Contest, the former WWE star, as Kay Lee Ray, made her return to the promotion. A former EVE Champion in her own right, Ray defeated Molly to pick up the victory in her first match since her WWE departure:
Alba Fyre had been part of Chelsea Green’s Secret Hervice. She was featured regularly on WWE TV, and Fyre even teamed with Chelsea to unsuccessfully challenge for the Women’s Tag Title.
Her last match for the company came during WrestleMania 42 weekend. Alba challenged Tatum Paxley for the Women’s North American Title as part of the WWE World event, before being released on April 24 this year.
