John Cena Returning to WWE Raw Next Week

John Cena will appear on the Nov. 2 Raw in Brooklyn, his first WWE appearance since Backlash, and Royce Keys will face Solo Sikoa in a grudge singles match.

John Cena is coming back to Raw.

WWE announced that Cena will appear on the Nov. 2 episode from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. It will be his first appearance for the company since Backlash in May. The company hasn’t said what he will be doing.

Cena retired from in-ring competition in December 2025, but he signed a new deal that includes a set number of appearances. At Backlash in Tampa, he announced the John Cena Classic, a tournament pitting main roster stars against NXT talent. False Finish has reported that the event is targeted for Dec. 12, though WWE has not announced a date.

The show will also feature Royce Keys vs. Solo Sikoa. Keys challenged Sikoa on this week’s Raw after weeks of back-and-forth between 946 and The Bloodline.

Keys turned on Sikoa and LA Knight in August, then aligned with OTM’s Lucien Price and Bronco Nima. In September, 946 abducted Sikoa and left him in a deserted spot. Sikoa has since reunited with The Bloodline, and the two groups are expected to meet in WarGames at Survivor Series.

Raw will start at a special time of 6 p.m. ET on Netflix and serve as the go-home show for Crown Jewel on Nov. 7 in Riyadh.

Here is the lineup so far for the Nov. 2 Raw:

  • Solo Sikoa vs. Royce Keys
  • John Cena appearance
