TNA Reportedly Has More Contract Signings Coming Soon

TNA reportedly has more contract signings coming, with Fightful Select saying new deals will be announced in the coming weeks as December expirations near.

TNA has more contract signings on the way. Fightful Select reported Sunday that the company will announce “a number of additional contract signings” through media outlets over the coming weeks. The public portion of the report did not name anyone.

It follows an earlier Fightful Select report, posted October 18, saying TNA president Carlos Silva told talent at a recent set of tapings that the company would be working on getting a lot of deals done in the upcoming weeks. A lot of contracts are also due to come up in December, according to that report.

Several deals are already done. TNA announced that Shotzi Blackheart officially signed on October 19, and Santino Marella’s re-signing was reported the next day. Shayna Baszler signed on October 22, 11 days after she and Zoey Serrano won the Knockouts World Tag Team Championships in her Bound For Glory debut.

AJ Francis looks like the name to watch. Fightful Select has reportedly said his contract expires at the end of the year, that he is interested in staying and that TNA hopes to keep him, with a new deal expected to get done. Francis re-signed in March for the remainder of 2026 and said then that the growing partnership between TNA and AMC was a major reason, according to ESPN’s Skubie Mageza.

The timing sets up a busy stretch. Destination X on November 15 in Edmonton, Alberta, where Leon Slater defends the TNA World Championship against Trey Miguel, comes before the December expirations.
