Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kid Kash Announces Comeback After 8 Years

0

ECW legend Kid Kash is stepping back into the ring after an eight-year retirement. The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion announced his return via Twitter, confirming that after years of surgeries and rehabilitation, he is now accepting bookings.

Kash, whose real name is David Tyler Cash, initially retired in 2017 due to mounting injuries and recurring health issues that required extensive treatment. However, after undergoing multiple replacement surgeries and dedicated rehabilitation, the veteran wrestler has decided to resume his in-ring career.

A Legacy of Toughness and Championships

Kid Kash built a reputation as one of the most dynamic junior heavyweights in professional wrestling. Beginning his career in 1989, he gained prominence in ECW, where his high-flying style and resilience—famously wrestling with a wired-shut broken jaw—earned him respect from both fans and peers.

His success extended across WCW, WWE, and TNA, collecting titles such as:

  • ECW World Television Championship
  • WWE Cruiserweight Championship
  • TNA X Division Championship
  • NWA World Tag Team Championship (with Lance Archer, then known as Dallas)

After concluding his wrestling career in 2020, Kash briefly transitioned into mixed martial arts, making his MMA debut in 2016.

What’s Next for Kid Kash

With Kash now open for bookings, fans are eager to see where he will appear next. While he may not have reached mainstream superstardom, his in-ring skills, charisma, and hard-hitting style have solidified his legacy. As he makes his return, the wrestling world will be watching to see how the ECW veteran fares in his next chapter.

‘I Need to Prove Myself’ – WWE Veteran Natalya Fights to Cement Her Legacy

0

Natalya Neidhart is stepping into uncharted territory, taking on Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport and NWA’s Crockett Cup to prove that she remains one of the best wrestlers in the world.

She discussed this career shift in an interview on The Ariel Helwani Show, where she detailed her drive to challenge herself outside of WWE.

“I have been screaming for change for myself for so long,” Natalya admitted. “And I mean that in the best way possible. I love WWE, but I needed more.

I wanted to push myself in a way that people wouldn’t expect. So, I went to Triple H, and I said, ‘I want to do Bloodsport. I want to show people what I can really do.’ And to my surprise, he was fully supportive.”

Pre-Order: The Last Hart Beating’ by Nattie Neidhart w/Paul O’Brien (Amazon)

Bloodsport, a no-rope, shoot-style wrestling event known for its brutal realism, is a stark departure from WWE’s traditional product. She’s also set to appear at NWA’s Crockett Cup, an event that blends old-school wrestling with modern competition.

“Nobody expected this. A lot of people thought, ‘Oh, Natalya re-signed with WWE, she’ll just go back to doing what she’s always done.’ But I didn’t want that.

I told myself, if I want to prove that I really am one of the greatest, I have to step out of my comfort zone. I need to run the gauntlet on my career.”

Her new journey begins during WrestleMania week at Bloodsport, where she will attempt to prove exactly why she’s still standing after 18 years in WWE.

Natalya Neidhart’s Dates for GCW and NWA

Natalya Neidhart is scheduled to appear at two independent wrestling events in 2025, her debut for each promotion:

  1. Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII – Thursday, April 17, 2025, at the Pearl Theater at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event will take place during WrestleMania 41 week.
  2. NWA Crockett Cup 2025 – Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Stone Cold Steve Austin Reveals His One Regret About WrestleMania 38 Match

0

Stone Cold Steve Austin has revealed the one regret he has about his WrestleMania 38 encounter.

The Texas Rattlesnake returned to the ring after almost 19 years in 2022. Originally invited as a guest on the KO show, the Attitude Era star ended up having an impromptu match with Kevin Owens. The No Holds Barred match saw Austin defeating the former Universal Champion with a chair shot and a stunner.

The former World Champion talked about this encounter during a recent interview with Sports Illustrated. He noted that while he was happy in the moment, he wasn’t able to train as well as he wanted beforehand as WWE did not send a ring to him:

“When I went out there, I think I couldn’t hear the crowd as much as I wanted to. When I watched it back, the crowd was into it. It was very, very loud, yes, but I wish I would have taken more time, savored more moments, and worked the people a little bit more than I did.”

A Little Too Frantic: Steve Austin

According to Steve Austin, he was not sure what he had to offer because of the lack of training before the bout. He compensated by being a little too frantic than he needed to and the WWE Hall of Famer regrets not enjoying his time out there as much as he could have:

“I think I was in a space of not knowing what I had and trying to be a little too frantic. I could have slowed down drastically and made that better. And I wish that I would have.

Steve Austin has not appeared on WWE TV since the WrestleMania 38 encounter. Though a lot of fans have been hoping for his appearance at the Show of Shows this year to help Cody Rhodes in his war against John Cena and The Rock. The wrestling veteran himself has also confirmed that he’ll be in the area during the weekend and has not ruled out a potential appearance at the PPV.

Natalya Discloses ‘Subconscious Fear’ During Vince McMahon Reign

0

Natalya has opened up about the difference between the old and new WWE management.

The wrestling veteran recently sat down with Ariel Helwani to officially announce her new Memoir. During the interview, she talked about things such as her long wrestling career, her decision to re-sign with WWE, and more.

The former Women’s Champion also went into detail about the difference between the old WWE management run by Vince McMahon vs the new management team led by Triple H and Nick Khan. Natalya explained that because her dad, wrestling legend Jim Neidhart lost his job a lot, she always felt the pressure to prove that she wasn’t unreliable when McMahon was in charge:

“To be brutally honest growing up in the business with a parent like Jim ‘The Anvil’ Neidhart. My dad is you know, he’s one of my greatest inspirations in my life. But growing up my dad lost his job a lot. So for me always I think subconsciously even before I ever got to WWE, I always had this fear of like I have to make everyone happy.

I have to please everyone. I have to be the company girl. I have to be everything that my dad wasn’t. I have to be perfect. So whatever Vince wants me to do or whatever you know my boss wants me to do I just have to do what they want me to do.”

I Had To Be Perfect: Natalya

Later in the interview, Natalya discussed how things are much more relaxed under the new management and people are allowed to break the fourth wall. She claimed that for the first time in her long WWE career, she does not feel the pressure of being perfect:

“I feel like now for the first time in my 18 years of being in WWE and having grown up in it, I always felt and that’s what I was saying earlier, I just always felt like I had to be perfect. Especially when Vince McMahon was in charge, like I just had to be perfect.

I had to show him that I was going to be the exact opposite of what my dad was. I could be so professional and I could just do everything that everybody wanted and say all the right things and do all the right things. What I love right now is that Triple H and the powers that be, Nick Khan and our bosses, they’re not expecting us to be perfect. They’re not, you know, they’re letting us be real.”

Lex Luger Names Two Legends He Wants At His Hall of Fame Induction

0

Lex Luger has revealed the two names he would like to join him at the WWE Hall of Fame.

The former WCW Champion has recently been training with DDP to regain his mobility following his spinal cord injury. He was visited by Cody Rhodes in the facility and the Undisputed WWE Champion broke the news of his Hall of Fame induction to the wrestling legend.

Luger joined Eric Bischoff for an interview on his podcast after this announcement. During the interview, Lex revealed that he is trying to get both DDP and Sting to appear alongside him at the upcoming event:

“If I could have my two guys up there with me, man, DDP on my shoulder kind of spotting me and Sting on the other, if it’s possible. I go, man, that would be amazing. So we shall see. If I have anything to say about that, that would be my pick.”

Sting signed a Legends deal with AEW following his retirement at Revolution 2024. Lex Luger who is under a similar WWE deal was allowed to attend the AEW PPV by the company but he was not allowed to appear on camera. So bringing the Icon in for a TV appearance will be harder.

Lex Luger will join the WWE creative head Triple H and veteran female star Michelle McCool in the 2025 class. You can check out the details of this year’s ceremony here.

Chelsea Green Has Talked To WWE Hall of Famer About Potential WrestleMania 41 Match

0

WWE Women’s US Champion Chelsea Green has pitched an interesting WrestleMania opponent for herself.

The WWE Diva recently had an interview with Metro. During the talk, she revealed that she has actually talked to Hall of Famer Nikki Bella about a potential match:

“I’ve shared some words with Nikki Bella. I feel like… look. We’ve had a friendship for years, now maybe it is time to step in the ring and square off, face off.”

Bella made a surprise return to the company last month, entering the Women’s Royal Rumble match. While the former Divas Champion could not complete the job then, she hinted later that her next WWE appearance may not be too far.

Anything Could Happen: Chelsea Green

While the bout has not been teased on TV so far, Green noted that anything is possible on the road to WrestleMania. With the event being more than a month away still, there is plenty of time to build up this dream match:

“I don’t know! Vegas and WrestleMania in Las Vegas is just so special, because I think anything could happen. We really don’t know right now, we’re on the Road to WrestleMania.

We don’t know where this is going to go, what storylines are going to be put into place. I feel like the people want it. So, should we give them what they want?”

Nikki is not the only one who teased a comeback in recent times. During an interview on the Queen of The Ring premiere, Brie Bella also suggests that she could make a WWE appearance sooner than later. The twin sisters talked about John Cena’s heel turn during the event as well. You can check out their comments here.

WWE Undoes More Vince McMahon Era Name Changes After Seth Rollins

0

As previously reported, Seth Rollins has undergone a name change, as the ‘Freakin’ part of his name has been ditched. The change was first spotted in the graphics for his entrance and has now been confirmed on WWE programming.

Rollins isn’t the only WWE Superstar, however, who has undergone a change. On WWE.com, Bronson Reed has lost the ‘Big’ adjective. Similarly, Dominik Mysterio, for all his work as a heel since turning on his father in 2022, is no longer ‘Dirty.’

image 14

Reed’s name was changed in August 2023 to reflect the size of the Australian powerhouse. Similarly, Dominik Mysterio’s name was changed in 2023. Both changes came about during Vince McMahon’s return to WWE. On the Insight podcast, Seth Rollins shared that the decision to add ‘Freakin’ to his name came directly from McMahon himself.

WWE undoing these changes demonstrates the company’s continued efforts to distance themselves from its former chairman, and this isn’t the first time this has happened. In 2022, after McMahon’s first exit from WWE, Theory became Austin Theory once more, undoing a McMahon edict that prevented wrestlers from using any part of their real names on TV. McMahon stepped down from WWE for the second time in January 2024 over the allegations made by Janel Grant. McMahon has denied all accusations against him and claims his relationship with Grant was entirely consensual.

McMahon reportedly has plans to launch an entertainment company once the Grant lawsuit is finished, with questions remaining as to whether a new wrestling company could be coming. If so, McMahon will have free reign to call his talent whatever he wants, but in WWE, his changes are becoming a thing of the past.

Swerve Strickland Confirms Rumored Length of New AEW Contract

0

Swerve Strickland has confirmed the length of his new AEW contract.

The former AEW World Champion recently appeared on The Bootleg Kev podcast. He talked about things such as what he learned from his AEW title run, his thoughts on John Cena’s heel turn, Kendrick Lamar’s Superbowl halftime show, and more.

Originally having joined Tony Khan’s promotion in 2022, Strickland renewed his deal with the company last year. It was reported that the former WWE star had signed a multi-year agreement that will keep him in the mix for a long time to come.

During the talk, Swerve Strickland was asked about the reports that he is signed to AEW till 2029. The 34-year-old confirmed the news noting that there is nowhere else he’d rather be:

“Yup (I’m signed to AEW until 2029). There’s nowhere else I would rather be. A lot of people say, ‘Oh, that’s just a PR. He’s supposed to say that sh*t.’ Nah, I mean that sh*t from the bottom of my heart. There’s no other place I’d rather be.

Do I have bad days as opposed to good days? Of course. This is a job. I have frustrations here and there. But, I work through those frustrations better here than I did in other places and anywhere else in the world.”

Swerve Strickland later talked about his runs in companies like Lucha Underground, MLW and WWE. He claimed that nowhere else he has been able to work through his frustrations like with Tony Khan and AEW.

The former champion picked up a big victory at the Revolution PPV, defeating Ricochet in a singles match. The win earns him the right to challenge Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship at a future date.

Former WCW Star Brian Knobs Rushed To Hospital Amid Life-Threatening Infection

0

Former WCW wrestler Brian Knobs was rushed to the hospital late on Tuesday due to critically low blood levels.

Knobs’ Facebook page provided the update on the 60-year-old noting that the wrestling star had to undergo an emergency blood transfusion and he is still not feeling well:

“Hey everyone, Brian was rushed to the hospital from the rehab center due to critically low blood levels. He had to undergo an emergency blood transfusion and is really struggling right now. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.”

Brian Knobs made his wrestling debut in 1985 and he formed a tag team with Jerry Sags a year later. Known together as The Nasty Boys, the duo wrestled many of the top tag teams of the era including The Hart Foundation, Legion of Doom, and the Steiner Brothers.

After the retirement of his partner in 1997, Knobs returned to singles action. He had multiple runs with the WCW Hardcore Championship, wrestling names such as Bam Bam Bigelow and Jim Duggan during this period.

According to the GoFundMe account set up to help the wrestling veteran, he had been struggling with financial issues for some time now, owing to the damages caused by Hurricane Milton.

Things have gone from bad to worse due to his life-threatening foot infection which has stopped him from making scheduled wrestling appearances. This includes Knobs having to cancel his appearance on the Jericho Cruise among other places, which has only added to his financial woes.

You can check out his GoFundMe campaign here.

Seth Rollins No Longer Bears Sign of Vince McMahon Era

0

Seth Rollins has shedded the nickname given to him by former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. The former World Champion had the added adjective of ‘freakin’ in his name for the longest time but the company has seemingly dropped the word.

The promotion recently updated the profile page for Rollins on their official website and dropped the nickname from the headline. This change appears to be a recent one as the nickname was visible as early as last month and he’s still referred to as Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins in his bio and other recent articles on the site:

seth freaking rollins

Seth Rollins Tells Story Of His Name

In an interview with Chris Van Vliet last month, Seth Rollins had revealed that the idea for his name change came straight from Vince McMahon. According to the former Shield member, the former boss felt bored with his name and decided to add the word to make it interesting again:

“I give that credit to the old man. The middle name was his idea back in the day. I don’t remember why. I don’t remember how it came about. I think he was just bored with Seth Rollins and he was like ah, you’ll be Seth Freakin Rollins again. Okay, cool. Sold a lot of T shirts when we did it, so whatever.”

Rollins also noted that at first Vince was insistent on using the middle name every time Seth was mentioned on WWE TV anywhere, and he had to convince McMahon to tone down the usage of it.

Tony Khan Announces New Tournament For Dynasty Title Shot

0

Tony Khan has announced a new tournament leading to a championship opportunity at the upcoming AEW Dynasty PPV event.

The AEW President took to Twitter late on Tuesday to reveal the brackets for the competition, with the winner receiving a shot at Kenny Omega’s International Championship. The list includes superstars from multiple different countries as well as non-AEW names like CMLL star Hechicero.  There is also a wildcard entry who will be facing The Beast Mortos.

The good thing for fans is that they will not have to wait too long to find out who the wildcard entry into the mix is as it’s one of the two matches confirmed to be taking place at this Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite:

The Rebuilding of Kenny Omega

Kenny Omega returned to AEW after more than a year of inaction at the Worlds End PPV last month. He originally confronted the Continental Classic Champion Kazuchika Okada at the show but later started a feud with the Don Callis Family.

This feud led to The Cleaner’s first PPV match on American soil in over a year at the Revolution PPV this past Sunday. He defeated Konosuke Takeshita at the show to become the new International Champion.

The former IWGP Heavyweight champion will be making an appearance at the Dynamite episode as well and he’s been announced for a promo at the show.

The Hardyz Eye NXT Tag Title Match After Roadblock Win

0

At WWE NXT Roadblock 2025, TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardyz retained their gold against WWE NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom. In a post-match interview, Jeff Hardy praised their opponents, a team which has taken WWE by storm.

“Their human hearts are more like rocket-boosters. That’s the fastest team I’ve ever been in the ring with.”

Jeff then questioned whether he and his brother now have a shot at the WWE NXT Tag Team Championships. Matt was excited at the prospect of adding the NXT titles to their trophy cabinet.

“Unfortunately, the NXT Titles weren’t on the line. Maybe next time, the NXT titles will be on the line because that is something The Hardys do not have on their list of gold.”

The Hardyz wrapped up by praising the partnership between WWE and TNA Wrestling, adding that they are excited to be a part of it. The partnership that began in 2024 was made official in 2025 with a multi-year deal being signed by the two sides.

The Hardyz have held tag gold all over the world, but the NXT Tag Team Championships are titles that the brothers are yet to win. Clearly, Matt and Jeff plan on changing that soon enough, meaning fans shouldn’t count out seeing The Hardyz and Fraxiom back in the ring together soon enough.

‘Whoever, Whenever, Wherever’ – Oba Femi Ready For War After NXT Roadblock

0

At WWE NXT Roadblock, NXT Champion Oba Femi retained his title in a hard-hitting showdown with TNA X-Division Champion Moose. After the match, Femi was asked how it felt competing inside The Theatre at Madison Square Garden.

“It was great to feel the energy. They [the fans in attendance] felt my energy and we were ready to rock. It was one hell of a collision but the right man came out on top.”

With Moose defeated, Femi will continue to seek out new challengers. The Ruler of NXT shared that he isn’t picky when it comes to taking on future opponents.

“Whoever, whenever, wherever. I’m ready for all of them.”

Femi Vs. Moose is the latest example of the WWE-TNA partnership which has seen talent from both sides ‘cross the line.’ Joe Hendry, The Rascalz, Jordynne Grace, and the No Quarter Catch Crew are just some of the names who have appeared for another promotion. NXT Roadblock 2025 also saw TNA World Tag Team Champions the Hardyz in action, as they retained their gold against NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom.

Oba Femi has held the NXT Championship since January and is proving to be a dominant champion. After breaking the record for the longest reign as NXT North American Champion in 2024, Femi doesn’t plan on losing his title anytime soon.

‘You Never Know’ – Seth Rollins Talks Shield Reunion

0

Seth Rollins began his WWE main roster career alongside Roman Reigns and Jon Moxley when The Shield debuted in 2012. Since Moxley left WWE in 2019, fans have often speculated about a potential reunion before the three men retire from the ring.

Speaking with Brandon Tierney and Sal Licata on WFAN, Rollins was asked if The Shield could reunite in the future.

“I mean, look, one of our guys is over in the other company. So he ain’t coming. And Roman Reigns and I are here for life. Look, our paths are gonna be intertwined.”

Rollins and Reigns will “crisscross” until both men are retired, Rollins added. The former Universal Champion then acknowledged the unpredictable nature of prowrestling.

“You never know what WrestleMania is going to look like. You never know what next month is going to look like. Could be anytime.”

While fans shouldn’t expect the Hounds of Justice to reunite anytime soon, audiences know to never say never in professional wrestling. With WrestleMania 41 looming, however, and reports of a triple threat match including CM Punk, it appears that Rollins and Reigns will next share the ring, not as allies, but as fierce enemies.

Following the reveal, WWE confirmed that The Culling will take on Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Luca Crusifino, and Adriana Rizzo of The Family on the March 18 episode of WWE NXT.

Tyrese Haliburton Debuts Triple H-Inspired Puma Sneakers in NBA Game

0

Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton brought a unique crossover to the court on March 11, 2025, debuting custom Puma All-Pro NITRO PE “DX” sneakers inspired by WWE legend Triple H. The shoes, designed as a tribute to D-Generation X, brought the legendary faction’s signature attitude to the hardwood during the Pacers’ matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks.

The sneakers prominently featured design elements reflecting Triple H’s iconic wrestling persona, reinforcing Haliburton’s well-documented appreciation for WWE.

Triple H himself acknowledged the tribute, posting on social media: “Inspired by DX… I hope the fines aren’t too crazy.” His comment referenced the NBA’s uniform and footwear regulations, which sometimes result in fines for non-compliant designs.

Roman Reigns: Acknowledge WWE’s Greatest Box Office Attraction

0

Roman Reigns has broken his silence following his dramatic return to WWE Raw.

Reigns’ 2025 started strong with a victory over Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat match at the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere, reclaiming the Ula Fala. He later competed in the Royal Rumble but was eliminated by CM Punk and Seth Rollins before being attacked after the match.

After weeks of absence due to an attack by Rollins following the Royal Rumble, the former WWE Universal Champion made a powerful statement upon his return on the March 11 episode.

During the main event Steel Cage Match between Rollins and Punk, Reigns interfered, pulling Rollins from the cage to secure his victory. He then attacked both competitors, delivering a Spear to Punk.

Rollins’ attack had sidelined Reigns, but his return now sets the stage for a likely WrestleMania 41 showdown with both Rollins and Punk.

Reigns took to Instagram to comment on his return, posting a picture with Paul Heyman backstage at Madison Square Garden. “MADISON SQUARE GARDEN,” he wrote. “Acknowledge the Greatest box office attraction in WWE history and his Wiseman!”

Mickie James Appears At WWE NXT Roadblock

0

On Tuesday night, Mickie James made an appearance at WWE NXT Roadblock, held at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. She attended the event alongside fellow WWE LFG coaches The Undertaker and Bubba Ray Dudley. Booker T, another LFG coach, was also present as part of the NXT commentary team.

During a backstage segment, the former Women’s Champion offered encouragement to Jaida Parker. She urged her to “make it happen” in her pursuit of the NXT Women’s Championship.

It’s worth noting that Gail Kim previously revealed plans for a TNA tag team match featuring herself and James in 2024. However, the match ultimately did not materialize.

James has not competed since September 2024. Throughout her career, which includes two stints with WWE, she has held the WWE Women’s Championship five times and the WWE Divas Championship once. She also boasts five TNA Knockouts World Championship reigns.

While James has served as a coach on WWE LFG, she will be replaced by Michelle McCool in the second season.

CJ Perry And Miro Renew Wedding Vows

0

CJ Perry (formerly Lana) and Miro have renewed their wedding vows.

The couple, who announced their separation in the winter of 2023, have reconciled and are back together. They told TMZ that they renewed their vows in a small church ceremony in Los Angeles.

This comes after a period of separation, during which Perry was released by AEW in April 2024, and Miro’s contract with the company expired earlier this year.

Perry and Miro, who initially married in July 2016, announced their separation in late 2023. However, they never legally filed for divorce and began reconnecting in June 2024.

Currently, both are free agents in the wrestling industry, with Perry having left AEW in April 2024 and Miro departing in February 2025.

Following his AEW release, Miro returned to in-ring competition last month, appearing at a Qatar Pro Wrestling event on February 22 in Doha, Qatar, where he faced Alberto Del Río.

While Dave Meltzer has reported that WWE has engaged in creative discussions regarding Miro, his potential return and contract status remain unclear.

Swerve Strickland Defends Travis Scott Over Cody Rhodes Injury, But Reveals His Warning

0

Travis Scott’s surprising appearance at WWE Elimination Chamber turned chaotic when he inadvertently injured Cody Rhodes, bursting his eardrum.

While many fans and critics have called out the rapper for his reckless involvement, AEW star Swerve Strickland has stepped up to defend him—while also revealing he had warned Scott to be careful.

Speaking on The Bootleg Kev Podcast, Strickland explained that Scott was simply an excited fan living out a dream moment in the wrestling world. Sharing the ring with The Rock, John Cena, and Rhodes was an overwhelming experience, and Strickland believes Scott’s enthusiasm got the best of him.

“That’s a very excited artist who finally got to do his dream. You’re in there with the two biggest icons that we have left. The two biggest icons that have ever done it.

Of course, you’re excited, and you’re with the world champion. That’s a lot of excitement and pressure. That’s what happens when you get excited with someone who is not in our industry,” Strickland said.

However, Strickland also revealed that he had spoken with Scott before the event and advised him to be cautious. The two had recently played golf together, where Scott shared his excitement for his wrestling debut.

“I was on the golf course with Travis not that long ago. He was telling me, ‘I’m excited. I’m training with Booker T. This is going to be wild.’

He wanted to talk more about wrestling than music. I was like, ‘Make sure you take care of yourself and others.’”

Despite the controversy, Strickland emphasized that these kinds of crossover moments bring excitement to wrestling but sometimes come with unexpected risks.

It remains to be seen whether Scott will get another shot in WWE—or if this incident will make promotions more cautious about involving outside celebrities in the ring.

Jade Cargill Claps Back at Rikishi Over Naomi Controversy

0

Jade Cargill has responded fiercely to WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi after his recent comments regarding the ongoing feud between Cargill, Naomi, and Bianca Belair. Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, Cargill didn’t hold back, directing a fiery message at Rikishi:

“I don’t give a damn @TheREALRIKISHI! Your ‘daughter’ was dead wrong, and she’s going to get everything coming to her b*** a**!”*

Rikishi’s Initial Support for Naomi

The situation escalated after Elimination Chamber: Toronto, where Jade Cargill attacked Naomi.

In response, Rikishi took to Instagram to show his support for Naomi, sharing an image of them holding hands with the caption, “ALWAYS I GOT YOU #OurTRIN @trinity_fatu keep ya head !!! ???”

He later addressed the issue on his Off The Top podcast, where he warned Cargill about attacking Naomi, emphasizing that Naomi is family and has full support from those around her.

Rikishi also expressed disappointment in Cargill, stating that while he had once respected her, the attack had changed his perception. However, he did leave the door open for a private conversation to clear the air.

Revelation of Naomi’s Attack Changes the Narrative

The situation took an unexpected turn when it was revealed that Naomi had actually attacked Jade first. This revelation left Rikishi visibly shocked and disappointed. He admitted he was hurt by the development and wanted to understand the full story.

“I got to get to the bottom of this. I would love to. I’m sure all the fans around the world would love to understand what has happened,” Rikishi said, acknowledging the swirling rumors about Bianca Belair’s involvement in the conflict.

Despite his disappointment, Rikishi maintained that the women should have settled their issues through conversation rather than physical confrontations.

With tensions still high, it remains to be seen how this drama will unfold both inside and outside the ring.

Natalya On Why She Re-Signed With WWE: ‘I Have A Lot Of Faith In Triple H’

0

After re-signing with WWE in 2024, extending her near-20-year tenure, Natalya is now exploring opportunities outside the company with Game Changer Wrestling and the NWA.

During an appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, she discussed her decision to take chances on herself. When asked why she chose to re-sign with WWE before pursuing external bookings—rather than departing entirely for another promotion—Natalya explained her reasoning:

“Because I have a lot of faith in Triple H. I have a lot of faith in his ability to tell stories, and I’ve seen, just in the last year, the entire company is hotter than it’s ever been. Ever. We’re hotter than the Attitude Era right now.

At Madison Square Garden, we were in the locker room, and the floor was vibrating. Every show feels big. It’s not just WrestleMania or the Royal Rumble—every single show is sold out, and a lot of that comes down to the direction and how we’re telling stories.”

How Her Role in WWE Has Evolved

Natalya also reflected on how her role in WWE has evolved:

“In the past, I’d sometimes be thrown into a storyline that lasted a week or put into a match that didn’t really go anywhere. That’s not a dig at anyone—it’s just how things were. I’ve always tried to be a good sport and a team player, and I never wanted to be difficult backstage. But now, I feel the difference.

Triple H has a real vision, and while it takes time to unfold, you can see it happening. Look at Nia Jax, Liv Morgan, and Chad Gable—Triple H has completely changed their trajectories.”

Following the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble, Natalya competed on two episodes of WWE Main Event.
