Corey Graves Grateful For Passion-Renewing Worlds Collide Role

0

Corey Graves called the action at WWE X AAA Worlds Collide, and is grateful he was given the opportunity. On X, Graves addressed how a weekend like he hadcan renew one’s passion for pro wrestling.

Graves’ comment comes at an interesting chapter in his career as he currently serves as a commentator for WWE NXT. Upon being moved to the silver brand in early 2025, Graves fired of a series of social media posts, making clear he was frustrated by the move, seeing it as a demotion.

Graves was briefly taken off of WWE programming before being brought back. During his return, Graves declared that he was where he wanted to be, a line some believe he was told to say. It remains to be seen if/when Graves will return to the main roster, but Worlds Collide proved to be a massive night for the commentator.

Watch: What Happened With Jey Uso After Raw Went Off Air

0

Jey Uso was emotional after his World Title loss.

The Bloodline star main-evented the June 10 episode of Monday Night Raw from PHX Arena in Phoenix, Arizona, defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther.

Coming off his extreme tag team match at Money In The Bank a couple of days ago, Uso had the disadvantage of being banged up heading into the title defense. Though as Wade Barrett put it before the match, it’s what being the world champion is all about.

The Yeet Man was joined by his son for his incredible entrance, and the World Champ put up the best fight he could against The Ring General. Gunther, who had only wrestled one match since his WrestleMania 41 loss, however, had the advantage and he ended up defeating Uso to win back the title.

What Happened After Raw

The new Champion celebrated in the ring after the bell, and the show went off air, focusing on him. The Austrian star left soon after the cameras stopped rolling but Jey remained in the arena.

The now former world champ cut a short promo, introducing the crowd to his son. Jey Uso then said that he has respect for Gunther before ending his promo with some advice to the kids in the crowd.

Uso’s title reign has come to an end at just 51 days with this loss. Gunther’s win is an interesting development coming off Money In The Bank, where fellow heel Seth Rollins won the briefcase and the right to challenge a champion of his choosing at any time.

GUNTHER Wins Back WWE World Heavyweight Title

0

GUNTHER is once again the World Heavyweight Champion after defeating Jey Uso in the main event of the June 9th episode of WWE Monday Night RAW.

The contest was a hard-hitting rematch from WrestleMania 41, where Uso famously made GUNTHER submit to capture his first World Heavyweight Title. Tonight, however, “The Ring General” reclaimed his throne, ending Jey Uso’s championship reign at 51 days.

After a grueling, back-and-forth battle, GUNTHER was able to counter Uso and lock in his signature sleeper hold. Despite a valiant effort to fight back, Uso eventually passed out from the submission, forcing the referee to stop the match.

The victory marks the beginning of GUNTHER’s second reign as World Heavyweight Champion. RAW went off the air with GUNTHER celebrating in the ring with his newly won championship as pyro erupted in the arena.

There had been speculation that WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg may make his return on this show to confront GUNTHER or even cost him the title considering their history and segment at Bad Blood last year. That match is rumored to be happening at Saturday Night’s Main Event next month, which would be Goldberg’s retirement bout.

Liv Morgan Attacks Nikki Bella On WWE Raw

0

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella made her return to Monday Night RAW tonight. However, her appearance was cut short by an attack from a Liv Morgan.

Bella was in the ring to promote the upcoming all-women’s premium live event, Evolution, which she headlined in its inaugural year. After praising several top stars in the division, she was interrupted by Morgan, who was angry about being excluded from the list.

Morgan declared she was the most talented woman in the division and claimed Bella was jealous that she has “a championship and a man,” referencing her on-screen relationship with Dominik Mysterio.

In response, Nikki brought up the ongoing love triangle between Morgan, Mysterio, and Roxanne Perez, telling Liv to “give Perez congratulations for taking her title shot and her man.” After Morgan called her a “reality show diva,” Bella was laid out by Morgan’s finisher, Oblivion.

The attack seemingly sets up a major match between the two for the Evolution event in July.

Asuka Is Returning To In-Ring Action

0

After more than a year away from the ring, “The Empress of Tomorrow” Asuka is set to make her long-awaited return to WWE television.

During the June 9 episode of Monday Night Raw, it was officially announced that Asuka will return on next week’s show, June 16. She has been out of action since May 2024 while recovering from a significant knee injury.

Her return adds major star power to the 2025 Queen of the Ring tournament. A graphic that aired during RAW confirmed her spot in a first-round qualifying match with the message: “Next Monday. Queen of the Ring. The Empress returns.”

Asuka will immediately be thrown into a high-stakes bout, competing in a Fatal 4-Way match against Stephanie Vaquer, Raquel Rodriguez, and Ivy Nile. Her return to the women’s division gives it a boost as WWE builds towards its all-women’s Evolution premium live event in July.

The winner of this tournament will get a championship match at SummerSlam this August in New Jersey.

WWE’s Zoey Stark Reveals Details Of Significant Knee Injury

0

WWE RAW superstar Zoey Stark is on the road to recovery after undergoing major surgery for a significant knee injury.

In a video posted to her social media, Stark confirmed that she had surgery to repair her ACL, MCL, and meniscus. The injury occurred on the May 19th edition of RAW during a triple threat match when she landed awkwardly after a missile dropkick.

This is Stark’s second major knee surgery. She suffered a similar injury during her time in NXT in 2021, which sidelined her for nine months. The video update showed Stark heading into the Rothman Orthopaedics surgery center and giving a thumbs-up post-op.

The text in the video noted that the procedure took three and a half hours, longer than the two hours that were scheduled. The video concluded by teasing that more information is coming soon.

It stated, “What’s next for Zoey Stark? Find out Monday, June 16.” We wish Stark a speedy recovery.

R-Truth Cuts Off His Hair During WWE Raw Segment

0

The reinvention of Ron Killings took a dramatic turn on tonight’s episode of WWE RAW. Days after his shocking return at Money in the Bank, the man formerly known as R-Truth delivered an intense promo.

Addressing the WWE fans for the first time since attacking John Cena in the main event of Money in the Bank, Killings acknowledged the fan support that brought him back but quickly shifted to a more serious tone. The segment in a stunning moment when Killings took a pair of scissors and cut off his signature braids in the middle of the ring.

As the crowd chanted in disbelief, he looked directly into the camera to make a definitive statement. “The truth has set me free—I am Ron Killings,” he declared.

This act marks a clear end to the comedic R-Truth character. Killings finished by demanding respect and making it clear he is no longer here to entertain with jokes. This truly ushers in a new era for him.

Bayley Returns On WWE Raw

0

Bayley made her surprise return to WWE television on tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW, immediately targeting the new Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Becky Lynch.

During a in-ring segment, Lynch was discussing her championship win at Money in the Bank before calling out a frustrated Lyra Valkyria. As the two were about to confront each other, Bayley stormed the ring and attacked Lynch from behind.

This was Bayley’s first appearance since the April 14th episode of RAW. She had been written off television after suffering a brutal post-match assault at the hands of Lynch, which was done to explain her absence.

Now, the former WWE Women’s Champion is back and has made it clear she is seeking revenge on Lynch. The attack puts Bayley into the Women’s Intercontinental Championship picture and reignites her rivalry with “The Man.” WWE has yet to confirm when the title match will happen whether that be at Night of Champions or Evolution 2.

CM Punk vs. John Cena Set For WWE Night Of Champions

0

Tonight’s episode of WWE RAW opened with a fiery confrontation between Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and his top challenger, CM Punk. The promo segment set up their main event match for the Night of Champions premium live event on June 28.

Coming to the ring to address the controversial return of R-Truth, CM Punk immediately took aim at Cena’s new corporate persona.

“If they want the truth, they’re going to get Ron Killings,” Punk declared, intentionally using R-Truth’s real name to ground the segment in reality. He continued, “I’m not standing for TKO, I’m not here to defend billionaires, I’m here to defend the people.”

Punk claimed that he never wanted to challenge for the WWE Championship upon his return because he was scared of what holding the title turns a man into, referencing his own acclaimed heel run in 2012. He accused the championship of having corrupted Cena, just as it once corrupted him.

“You screamed ‘I’m sorry’ because you knew then and you damn well know now that what you are doing is not right,” Punk said, referencing a past encounter between the two.

In order to defeat the corporate “monster” that Cena has become, Punk said he must become a monster himself. He then issued a direct challenge.

“I’m going to leave it up to John Cena to figure out what date he takes that title off his shoulder,” Punk said. “If he’s not a coward, that date is tonight.”

Cena, however, declined to have the match on RAW, officially announcing that their championship encounter will take place in Saudi Arabia. “Punk is going to follow me to Saudi Arabia at Night of Champions,” Cena stated.

Warner Bros. Discovery Split Won’t Affect AEW Streaming, TV Deals (Exclusive)

0

All-Elite Wrestling’s television and streaming deals are likely to be unaffected by the upcoming split of Warner Bros. Discovery and its streaming and television properties, sources told SEScoops.com on Monday.

Variety and several other publications reported WBD would be splitting its HBO MAX streaming from its television properties by mid-2026. WBD Streaming and Studios would be headed by current WBD CEO David Zaslav. A second company, comprising of WBD’s television properties, would be re-named WBD Global Networks and led by WBD CFO Gunnar Widenfels.

AEW signed a three-year deal with WBD for its programming on TNT, TBS and the HBO MAX streaming network last fall. The deal, which was reported first by SEScoops, is for around $175 million to $200 million per year. WBD had an option to extend the contract to a fourth year.

AEW Dynamite and Collision were added to the HBO MAX streaming in January, where Dynamite over the first several months of the year was averaging around 500,000 viewers in the Live + 1 metric with a deviation of positive/negative 10-20 percent per week. We first reported the streaming numbers in an exclusive report earlier this year.

A source familiar with the AEW and WBD contracts said the wrestling company would likely be unaffected by the split.

WBD was shopping the venerable news network CNN for sale earlier this year. Potential buyers included several local TV broadcast companies. A split of WBD’s streaming and cable assets was expected to take place later. The current split keeps CNN aligned with the current WBD cable properties such as TNT, TBS, TruTV and Discovery.

According to Variety, most of WBD’s $37 billion in debt would live with WBD Global Properties when the split occurs.

Fatal 4-Way King and Queen of The Ring Matches Announced for Tonight’s Raw

0

WWE has confirmed the first entrants for the 2025 King & Queen of the Ring tournaments. Matches for both tournaments, comprising 16 participants each, will begin on tonight’s WWE Raw.

The opening rounds feature Dominik Mysterio, Sami Zayn, Bron Breakker, and Penta in the King of the Ring.

Liv Morgan, Kairi Sane, Roxanne Perez, and Rhea Ripley will vie for the Queen of the Ring.

The winners will be crowned at the Night of Champions event on June 28, 2025, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with championship opportunities at WWE SummerSlam 2025 on the line.

Matt Riddle Claims CM Punk Has WWE Backstage Problems

0

Matt Riddle isn’t mincing his words about CM Punk, who he believes is to blame for what many see as a drop in AEW’s success. In a recent Going Ringside interview, Riddle was asked if he’d work for AEW. After sharing he would, Riddle admitted he isn’t sure if Tony Khan would hire him given past issues with WWE alum.

“They hired a lot of former WWE guys and I think that left a bad taste in their mouth, because other than Moxley and maybe another couple, it didn’t really work out too well. Most of them just got fat checks and didn’t do much.”

One name who certainly got a large check was Punk, who returned to wrestling in 2021 as part of AEW. Punk’s run with AEW would end in controversy two years later, an explosion Riddle believes AEW has yet to recover from.

“they’re using more homegrown talent. They had that issue with CM Punk and that went belly up for them—belly up and cost some fans, money, and everything else. They’re still rebuilding.”

Riddle went further, sharing that he’s not a “big fan” of Punk. Not only does Riddle believe Punk “sucks at fighting,” but he also questioned Punk’s attitude behind the scenes.

“He’s a b** to work with in the back… I’ve heard from my boys that still work there that he is a headache. And this isn’t a storyline. This is the facts.”

While Riddle has some strong words about Punk, several reports have shared that Punk has done well backstage in WWE and has served as a mentor for young talent in WWE NXT. With Riddle’s WWE run ending in controversy in 2023, it’s likely, though not certain, that fans will never see the pair cross paths in the ring.

‘It’s A Nightmare’ – Nixon Newell Reflects on Post-WWE Struggles

0

While some wrestlers go on to big things post-WWE, such as Cody Rhodes and Matt Cardona, others aren’t so fortunate. In a recent interview with Wrestling In Middle, former WWE Superstar Nixon Newell admitted that life after WWE has been far from easy.

“Not great, being honest. Um, severe lack of bookings. Uh, not sure where that’s from… yeah, it’s been slow. Hopefully it picks up soon, ‘cause it’s a nightmare. But hopefully soon it gets better.”

While Newell, fka Tegan Nox, believes things could have gone better, her post-WWE chapter hasn’t been all bad. Newell shared that a return to Attack Pro Wrestling and a showdown with TNA’s Dani Luna have been highlights.

“The bookings that I have done—like, I’ve been home to Attack, which has been phenomenal. Got to wrestle Dani Luna, who’s been on my list for years.”

Newell was cut from WWE for the second time in 2024. While things haven’t gone as she had hoped, she remains positive that things will pick up.

Warner Bros. Discovery Splits: What It Means for AEW

0

Warner Bros. Discovery has made the decision to split into two companies in 2026, a move that will have major ramifications in entertainment. With AEW maintaining a strong relationship with WBD, fans have been wondering what this means for the All-Elite promotion.

According to Sports Illustrated‘s Jon Alba, a source familiar with the situation stated that they don’t expect anything to change “for the foreseeable future” regarding AEW’s standing with Warner Bros. Discovery. That said, the timeline for what constitutes the “foreseeable future” remains unclear.

Warner Bros. Discovery plans to split into two entities by mid-2026. The first, called Global Networks, will house TBS, TNT, Discovery+, and Bleacher Report—the current home of AEW’s Dynamite and Collision. This division will be led by Gunnar Wiedenfels, WBD’s current Chief Financial Officer.

The second company, Streaming and Studios, will include HBO, HBO Max, Warner Bros. film and TV production, and DC Studios. It will be led by David Zaslav, WBD’s current President and CEO. While AEW is expected to fall within Global Networks, Tony Khan often references Zaslav when discussing AEW’s television future.

Whatever happens, fans can expect plenty more exciting action from AEW in the years to come, no matter which of the two company hosts the All-Elite programming.

WWE Planning Major Push For SmackDown Star Ahead Of Evolution

0

With the all-women’s premium live event, Evolution, just weeks away, WWE is expected to begin building major storylines on tonight’s RAW.

According to PWInsiderElite, an early plan for the July 13th show in Atlanta is a match between Jade Cargill and the new Ms. Money in the Bank, Naomi. To help promote the event, a big push is expected for Cargill, using her as a regional draw to help move tickets.

After her win on Saturday, Naomi said she wanted a match with Cargill before cashing in on champion Tiffany Stratton. A match between the two powerhouse stars presents a unique booking challenge, especially given the momentum from Naomi’s current heel run.

Adding to the build for Evolution, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella returns to RAW tonight. She is expected to be heavily involved in a significant storyline for the July pay-per-view.

Several other wrestling legends and current stars will also be appearing, including Lex Luger, The Honky Tonk Man, Deonna Purrazzo, Matt Cardona, and Dan Spivey appearing as his Waylon Mercy character.

Nikki Bella Returns to WWE Raw Tonight: What’s Behind Her Comeback

0

Nikki Bella Returns to WWE

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella makes her highly anticipated return to Monday Night Raw tonight, marking her first official WWE appearance since her surprise entry in the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble. The former Divas Champion’s comeback has sparked significant speculation about her motivations and what fans can expect from this run.

Why Now?

Bella’s return stems from a renewed passion for wrestling that was reignited during her Royal Rumble appearance. “I really missed it, but I’m in mom mode and things are different now,” Bella said on a recent episode of her Nikki & Brie Show podcast. “The show made me think about how we can come back and do more of a story.”

While emphasizing that neither she nor sister Brie can return full-time due to their current life stages, Bella has expressed openness to special appearances and story-driven programs. Her return coincides strategically with the returns of WWE’s Queen of the Ring tournament and WWE Evolution.

Dream Opponents and Future Plans

Bella has been vocal about wanting to work with the current generation of WWE Superstars, specifically mentioning Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley as dream opponents. “Being in the ring with Bianca Belair, I would love to come back and work with Bianca. I would love to come back and work with Rhea [Ripley]. I’m a huge fangirl of hers,” she revealed.

Potential feuds could involve current stars like Tiffany Stratton, Stephanie Vaquer, Roxanne Perez, or Chelsea Green, offering fresh matchups that bridge wrestling’s eras.

What to Expect Tonight

Reports indicate Bella has been training intensively for her return, with fellow wrestler Natalya praising her dedication and in-ring ability. While this appearance may be a one-off or the start of a short-term angle, fans can expect the groundwork to be laid for her next big program.

A Strategic Return

Bella’s comeback represents more than nostalgia—it’s a calculated move to blend star power with current storylines. As someone who helped pave the way for today’s women’s division, her presence offers WWE an opportunity to create compelling intergenerational storylines while showcasing the evolution of women’s wrestling.

Sheamus On Banger Bros Tag Team Name: “That Got Shut Down Real Fast”

0

Sheamus recently confirmed that the tag team name he used with Drew McIntyre in 2023, The Banger Bros., was quickly scrapped by WWE.

During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Sheamus reflected on the short-lived tag team and its popular, yet problematic, name. The duo came together in early 2023 ahead of their acclaimed Triple Threat match against GUNTHER at WrestleMania 39.

“Remember the Banger Brothers? The thing back in the day me and Drew McIntyre. The Banger Brothers,” Sheamus said. “That got shut down real fast, by the way.”

WWE dropped the name after reportedly discovering its similarity to the name of an adult entertainment company. Though the team was popular with fans, they have not teamed up since March 2023.

WWE Worlds Collide Shatters Company YouTube Viewership Record

0

WWE’s Worlds Collide event has set a new company record for live YouTube viewership, drawing massive global audiences to the streaming platform over the weekend.

The collaborative event between WWE and Mexican lucha libre promotion AAA peaked at 764,389 concurrent viewers across WWE’s main and Spanish-language YouTube channels during Saturday’s main event featuring El Hijo del Vikingo defending the AAA Mega Championship against Chad Gable at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.

The milestone represents the largest live audience in WWE history for a YouTube broadcast, underscoring the growing popularity of streaming platforms for professional wrestling content. Within 24 hours of the event, viewership surpassed 4.1 million total viewers on YouTube.

When Worlds Collided

The event’s impact extended beyond traditional viewership metrics. #WorldsCollide dominated social media conversations, becoming the top trending topic globally on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday. WWE generated more than 32 million social media views across all platforms in the first day following the event.

Saturday’s Worlds Collide marked the first collaboration between WWE and AAA since WWE’s acquisition of the Mexican promotion was announced in April. The partnership with Mexico-based holding company Fillip is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, pending customary closing conditions.

The event featured wrestlers from WWE’s Raw, SmackDown, and NXT brands competing alongside AAA talent in what organizers billed as a historic crossover. In the main event, El Hijo del Vikingo successfully retained his AAA Mega Championship against Chad Gable in an excellent match.

The record-breaking viewership comes as WWE continues expanding its global reach through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. AAA, founded in 1992 by Antonio Peña, has been home to legendary performers including Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, and Penta throughout its three-decade history.

WWE, part of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), has increasingly leveraged free streaming platforms to reach broader international audiences while maintaining its premium programming on traditional television and subscription services.

The success of Worlds Collide sets the stage for potential future collaborations between WWE and its newly acquired Mexican partner, as both organizations work to bring lucha libre to global audiences through WWE’s established distribution networks.

Ace Austin Confirms TNA Exit, Reflects on 6-Year Journey

0

TNA Wrestling star Ace Austin has officially departed the company after six years, sharing an emotional farewell message on social media that highlighted his deep connection to the promotion that became his wrestling home.

Ace Austin’s Farewell Message

In his heartfelt statement posted on June 8, 2025, Austin reflected: “There’s so much to be said about how phenomenal the last 6 years have been. It’s impossible to caption how much this time has meant to me. I’m grateful for every moment and I’m incredibly proud of the part I played. Representing the company across the world was an honor. This will always be my first home.”

The wrestler continued with gratitude for his colleagues: “Thank you @ThisIsTNA and thank you especially to the one of a kind locker room full of amazing, caring, hard working people who helped shape me into the performer and man I am today. I grew up with you and I will cherish that time forever. We’ve all worked so hard and TNA is better than ever.”

Austin concluded his message on an optimistic note: “They gave me an opportunity to shine and I gave them some of the best years of my life. Together we flourished. One of the best things about #TNA is the door always swings both ways.”

Background on Austin’s TNA Career

Austin joined TNA in 2019 at age 22 and became a cornerstone of the roster, capturing the X-Division Championship three times and the TNA World Tag Team Championship three times as part of the ABC duo alongside Chris Bey.

The 28-year-old’s contract expired and while TNA engaged in negotiations for a new deal, both parties were unable to reach an agreement, with the split described as amicable by former TNA executive Scott D’Amore.

Austin’s final TNA appearance aired on a recent episode of Impact Wrestling, where he faced Mustafa Ali. Following his departure, Austin confirmed his free agency status on social media, posting “Change is Inevitable. It’s not a matter of if… but when. -FREE AGENT-.”

Former TNA executive Scott D’Amore, who originally signed Austin, praised the wrestler’s potential, stating that Austin becoming “a massive star is, indeed, ‘inevitable'” and that “he’s ready for that next chapter.”

Reports suggest Austin turned down TNA’s contract offer because he’s looking to join a larger wrestling promotion.

Brian Cage Undergoes Knee Replacement Surgery, Shares Intense Recovery Update

0

Brian Cage has revealed he recently underwent knee replacement surgery, just eight weeks after a previous procedure to repair a torn quad tendon.

The AEW star has been sidelined since suffering a leg injury during a match with Chris Masters at the March 20 OWA event. Cage’s last appearance for AEW was on the March 22 episode of Collision, where he teamed with Konosuke Takeshita and Lance Archer.

In April, Cage shared that he had returned to training following his initial surgery. Now, in a new Instagram post, he revealed he’s already back in the gym just four days after undergoing knee replacement surgery.

“4 days post knee replacement (8 weeks post quad tendon repair) and I’m already back in the gym,” he wrote, adding: “Love me, hate me, or somewhere in-between, you can’t deny I’m a f***ing machine!”

Cage explained he had long been dealing with severe knee pain and had planned to have surgery after All In. However, after tearing his quad, he chose to move forward with both procedures sooner than planned.

“Not an easy or fun choice,” he said, “but I’m gonna come back ripping heads off.”

“As Long As It’s Fun”: Big E Opens Up On His Future With WWE

0

Former WWE Champion Big E has found a new role in WWE as a broadcaster while his in-ring future remains uncertain.

Big E has been sidelined since March 2022 after fracturing his C1 and C6 vertebrae from a botched move, with doctors advising him against a return to wrestling. After a brief on-screen appearance during the New Day’s 10-year anniversary, he was turned on by his former partners, completing their heel turn.

In a recent interview with The Sporting Tribune, Big E explained his move to commentary was unplanned.

“It’s interesting because I never really had designs on being a broadcaster,” he said. “They (WWE) called me to be part of the press conference in Vegas with The Rock a year or so ago. It was a lot of fun, I said, you know what, I’ll keep doing this as long as it’s fun. So, I’ve enjoyed it.”

He added, “As long as it continues to be fun, I still wanna be here.”

“I’ll Bring Silence”: GUNTHER Issues Warning Ahead Of Jey Uso Rematch

0

Ahead of his World Heavyweight Championship rematch against Jey Uso on WWE Raw, GUNTHER took to Instagram with a simple promise: “Let them cheer. I’ll bring silence.”

The match is GUNTHER’s first one-on-one opportunity to reclaim the title he lost to Uso at WrestleMania 41, where he shockingly tapped out. In the weeks following that loss, a frustrated GUNTHER was met with “you tapped out” chants from WWE fans.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by GUNTHER (@gunther_wwe)

His frustration boiled over when he attacked commentators Michael Cole and Pat McAfee on Raw, locking Cole in a sleeper hold before brawling with McAfee. The attack led to Raw General Manager Adam Pearce suspending GUNTHER indefinitely for his “unacceptable conduct.”

GUNTHER later beat Pat McAfee at Backlash in a one-sided bout. Uso is coming off a win alongside Cody Rhodes over WWE Champion John Cena and Logan Paul at Money in the Bank.

Now reinstated, The Ring General looks to end Jey Uso’s reign and recapture the championship he held for a historic period. There is speculation that this match may lead to GUNTHER’s rumored showdown with Goldberg at Saturday Night’s Main Event next month.
