Mickie James Appears At WWE NXT Roadblock

0

On Tuesday night, Mickie James made an appearance at WWE NXT Roadblock, held at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. She attended the event alongside fellow WWE LFG coaches The Undertaker and Bubba Ray Dudley. Booker T, another LFG coach, was also present as part of the NXT commentary team.

During a backstage segment, the former Women’s Champion offered encouragement to Jaida Parker. She urged her to “make it happen” in her pursuit of the NXT Women’s Championship.

It’s worth noting that Gail Kim previously revealed plans for a TNA tag team match featuring herself and James in 2024. However, the match ultimately did not materialize.

James has not competed since September 2024. Throughout her career, which includes two stints with WWE, she has held the WWE Women’s Championship five times and the WWE Divas Championship once. She also boasts five TNA Knockouts World Championship reigns.

While James has served as a coach on WWE LFG, she will be replaced by Michelle McCool in the second season.

CJ Perry And Miro Renew Wedding Vows

0

CJ Perry (formerly Lana) and Miro have renewed their wedding vows.

The couple, who announced their separation in the winter of 2023, have reconciled and are back together. They told TMZ that they renewed their vows in a small church ceremony in Los Angeles.

This comes after a period of separation, during which Perry was released by AEW in April 2024, and Miro’s contract with the company expired earlier this year.

Perry and Miro, who initially married in July 2016, announced their separation in late 2023. However, they never legally filed for divorce and began reconnecting in June 2024.

Currently, both are free agents in the wrestling industry, with Perry having left AEW in April 2024 and Miro departing in February 2025.

Following his AEW release, Miro returned to in-ring competition last month, appearing at a Qatar Pro Wrestling event on February 22 in Doha, Qatar, where he faced Alberto Del Río.

While Dave Meltzer has reported that WWE has engaged in creative discussions regarding Miro, his potential return and contract status remain unclear.

Swerve Strickland Defends Travis Scott Over Cody Rhodes Injury, But Reveals His Warning

0

Travis Scott’s surprising appearance at WWE Elimination Chamber turned chaotic when he inadvertently injured Cody Rhodes, bursting his eardrum.

While many fans and critics have called out the rapper for his reckless involvement, AEW star Swerve Strickland has stepped up to defend him—while also revealing he had warned Scott to be careful.

Speaking on The Bootleg Kev Podcast, Strickland explained that Scott was simply an excited fan living out a dream moment in the wrestling world. Sharing the ring with The Rock, John Cena, and Rhodes was an overwhelming experience, and Strickland believes Scott’s enthusiasm got the best of him.

“That’s a very excited artist who finally got to do his dream. You’re in there with the two biggest icons that we have left. The two biggest icons that have ever done it.

Of course, you’re excited, and you’re with the world champion. That’s a lot of excitement and pressure. That’s what happens when you get excited with someone who is not in our industry,” Strickland said.

However, Strickland also revealed that he had spoken with Scott before the event and advised him to be cautious. The two had recently played golf together, where Scott shared his excitement for his wrestling debut.

“I was on the golf course with Travis not that long ago. He was telling me, ‘I’m excited. I’m training with Booker T. This is going to be wild.’

He wanted to talk more about wrestling than music. I was like, ‘Make sure you take care of yourself and others.’”

Despite the controversy, Strickland emphasized that these kinds of crossover moments bring excitement to wrestling but sometimes come with unexpected risks.

It remains to be seen whether Scott will get another shot in WWE—or if this incident will make promotions more cautious about involving outside celebrities in the ring.

Jade Cargill Claps Back at Rikishi Over Naomi Controversy

0

Jade Cargill has responded fiercely to WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi after his recent comments regarding the ongoing feud between Cargill, Naomi, and Bianca Belair. Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, Cargill didn’t hold back, directing a fiery message at Rikishi:

“I don’t give a damn @TheREALRIKISHI! Your ‘daughter’ was dead wrong, and she’s going to get everything coming to her b*** a**!”*

Rikishi’s Initial Support for Naomi

The situation escalated after Elimination Chamber: Toronto, where Jade Cargill attacked Naomi.

In response, Rikishi took to Instagram to show his support for Naomi, sharing an image of them holding hands with the caption, “ALWAYS I GOT YOU #OurTRIN @trinity_fatu keep ya head !!! ???”

He later addressed the issue on his Off The Top podcast, where he warned Cargill about attacking Naomi, emphasizing that Naomi is family and has full support from those around her.

Rikishi also expressed disappointment in Cargill, stating that while he had once respected her, the attack had changed his perception. However, he did leave the door open for a private conversation to clear the air.

Revelation of Naomi’s Attack Changes the Narrative

The situation took an unexpected turn when it was revealed that Naomi had actually attacked Jade first. This revelation left Rikishi visibly shocked and disappointed. He admitted he was hurt by the development and wanted to understand the full story.

“I got to get to the bottom of this. I would love to. I’m sure all the fans around the world would love to understand what has happened,” Rikishi said, acknowledging the swirling rumors about Bianca Belair’s involvement in the conflict.

Despite his disappointment, Rikishi maintained that the women should have settled their issues through conversation rather than physical confrontations.

With tensions still high, it remains to be seen how this drama will unfold both inside and outside the ring.

Natalya On Why She Re-Signed With WWE: ‘I Have A Lot Of Faith In Triple H’

0

After re-signing with WWE in 2024, extending her near-20-year tenure, Natalya is now exploring opportunities outside the company with Game Changer Wrestling and the NWA.

During an appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, she discussed her decision to take chances on herself. When asked why she chose to re-sign with WWE before pursuing external bookings—rather than departing entirely for another promotion—Natalya explained her reasoning:

“Because I have a lot of faith in Triple H. I have a lot of faith in his ability to tell stories, and I’ve seen, just in the last year, the entire company is hotter than it’s ever been. Ever. We’re hotter than the Attitude Era right now.

At Madison Square Garden, we were in the locker room, and the floor was vibrating. Every show feels big. It’s not just WrestleMania or the Royal Rumble—every single show is sold out, and a lot of that comes down to the direction and how we’re telling stories.”

How Her Role in WWE Has Evolved

Natalya also reflected on how her role in WWE has evolved:

“In the past, I’d sometimes be thrown into a storyline that lasted a week or put into a match that didn’t really go anywhere. That’s not a dig at anyone—it’s just how things were. I’ve always tried to be a good sport and a team player, and I never wanted to be difficult backstage. But now, I feel the difference.

Triple H has a real vision, and while it takes time to unfold, you can see it happening. Look at Nia Jax, Liv Morgan, and Chad Gable—Triple H has completely changed their trajectories.”

Following the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble, Natalya competed on two episodes of WWE Main Event.

WWE Legend Natalya Announces Memoir Last Hart Beating, Set for October 28 Release

0

WWE veteran Natalya is adding “author” to her long list of accomplishments. During an appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, the Canadian wrestling star revealed she has been working on her memoir, Last Hart Beating, which will be released on October 28, 2025. Natalya described the writing process as deeply personal and cathartic, allowing her to tell her story in a way fans have never seen before.

Reflecting on her nearly two-decade WWE career, Natalya acknowledged that much of her story remains untold despite her time in the spotlight on Total Divas and WWE programming.

“A lot of people don’t know my story,” she shared. “It’s scary to open up, but also exciting because I’ve poured my soul into this book.”

The memoir delves into her complex relationship with her father, WWE legend Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, as well as the challenges she faced growing up in the Hart family dynasty. She also explores the obstacles of being a woman in a male-dominated industry and how she fought to carve out her own path in professional wrestling.

Booker T Inspired the Title

The title Last Hart Beating was inspired by Booker T, who once called Natalya the “last motherf*cker breathing” when asked to name the greatest female WWE Superstar. The phrase resonated deeply with her, not only as a nod to her endurance in WWE but also as a reference to 2Pac’s song Breathin’, a favorite of hers.

A Look Inside Last Hart Beating

According to the book’s publisher, Last Hart Beating provides an unfiltered look into Natalya’s life, covering:

  • Her childhood growing up in the legendary Hart family
  • Her father’s struggles with addiction and its impact on her family
  • The fallout from events like the Montreal Screwjob and Owen Hart’s tragic passing
  • The evolution of women’s wrestling and her role in breaking barriers

Travis Scott Training With Booker T For WWE Debut Match

0

Travis Scott made headlines at WWE Elimination Chamber when he slapped Cody Rhodes following John Cena’s shocking heel turn alongside The Rock. Now, the rapper appears to be taking his wrestling involvement more seriously.

AEW’s Swerve Strickland, who spent time with Scott at a charity event in January, shared insights into Scott’s enthusiasm for wrestling. Speaking with Bootleg Kev, Strickland revealed that Scott has been training with WWE Hall of Famer Booker T.

“I was on the golf course with Travis not that long ago, and he told me, ‘I’m excited. I’m training with Booker T. This is going to be wild,’” Strickland said. “He wanted to talk more about wrestling than music.”

Travis Scott’s WWE Journey So Far

The Rock previously hinted that Scott’s involvement was part of something bigger.

“Yes, that’s why we’re doing it. I love Travis. That’s my guy,” The Rock said after Elimination Chamber.

Scott’s relationship with WWE has been growing in recent months. His song 4×4 is the theme for WWE Raw, and he appeared on the January 6 Netflix debut alongside Jey Uso. At Elimination Chamber, Scott actively participated in the attack on Rhodes, reportedly causing a ruptured eardrum and a black eye.

The Rock revealed that Scott was eager to get physical.

“He wanted to get his hands bloody,” The Rock said. “I told him, ‘If you’re gonna do it, make it count.’ He slapped the s–t out of Cody tonight.”

Future WWE Plans

Reports indicate that Scott is training at Booker T’s wrestling academy in Texas. WWE has discussed potential matches for him, though no timeline has been confirmed.

Triple H acknowledged Scott’s involvement, stating, “We have Travis Scott in a storyline right now that will get bigger as we head into WrestleMania and beyond.”

With WrestleMania 41 set for Las Vegas, speculation is growing that Scott could step into the ring. Whether he competes or continues his role alongside The Rock and Cena remains to be seen.

Identity Of Jey Uso’s Medic On WWE Raw Revealed

0

During the March 10 episode of WWE Raw, a segment featuring Jey Uso in the trainer’s room caught fans’ attention due to the appearance of a metic. She has since been identified as independent wrestler Vicki “The Bad Chick” Venuto.

Jey Uso’s road to WrestleMania 41, where he is set to challenge World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER, has been met with constant brutal attacks from the champion. Despite these setbacks, Uso has maintained his momentum with a series of victories. Following his win over Grayson Waller on Raw, GUNTHER ambushed him, leading to the trainer’s room segment.

In the segment, Alpha Academy offered Uso their support, while Venuto provided him with an ice pack in her role as the nurse. Fans quickly worked to identify her, and Venuto later confirmed her appearance on Twitter, mentioning her background as a former EMT in a conversation with Shane Helms.

Venuto has built a notable independent wrestling career, particularly with Pro Wrestling Magic, where she is pursuing the PWM Women’s World Championship. She is also set to appear at Awesome Championship Wrestling’s “Aftershock” event on May 17.

The exposure from her Raw cameo could lead to increased opportunities for Venuto. Time will tell if she eventually joins the WWE roster.

Identity of the Mysterious Luchador Who Appeared on WWE Raw

0

Last night’s WWE Raw from Madison Square Garden featured the surprise debut of a masked luchador, who inserted himself into the Tornado Tag Team Match between The New Day and the duo of Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee.

The mystery man attacked Dragon Lee before turning his attention to Mysterio, causing chaos in the match’s closing moments.

Dressed in an “American Made” mask, the attacker shouted “Gracias!”—eerily similar to Chad Gable’s signature “Thank you!” catchphrase.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley confronted Gable about the incident, but he denied any involvement, even as security escorted another masked individual out of the building, seemingly giving Gable an alibi.

So, who is the masked luchador?

A Familiar Wrestling Trope

All signs point to Chad Gable. This storyline appears to be a comedic wrestling tradition where a wrestler dons a disguise but vehemently denies their true identity—similar to John Cena’s “Juan Cena” persona or Hulk Hogan’s run as “Mr. America.” WWE has played with this concept before, most recently with Elias, Ezekiel, and Elrod.

This angle plays into Gable’s recent obsession with lucha libre, which began when he failed to defeat Mysterio and Dragon Lee before the Royal Rumble.

On the March 3 episode of RAW, Gable was shown in a vignette seeking guidance from a mysterious figure, who told him that to defeat luchadors, he must become lucha. Gable accepted the challenge and purchased a mysterious box, the contents of which remain unknown. He later teased fans by posting a picture of himself with the box, captioned “See you soon” in Spanish.

Where is this Storyline Headed?

While Gable is currently the one under the mask, this could be a setup for something much bigger—potentially introducing former AEW star Rey Fenix to WWE. The storyline’s emphasis on lucha libre could be the perfect way to integrate Fenix into the company, either as an ally or a rival to Gable.

For now, the mystery continues, and fans should expect more denials, more masked men, and possibly an even bigger reveal in the weeks ahead.

Bronson Reed Spotted in Birmingham as WWE Return Looms

0

Bronson Reed was seen in Birmingham, Alabama, as he continues his recovery from foot and ankle surgery., according to PWInsider.

The WWE star underwent the procedure in early December and was likely in town for a medical evaluation to assess his progress and potential return timeline.

Reed has been sidelined since suffering the injury, and while no official return date has been announced, his presence in Birmingham suggests he is taking the next steps in his rehabilitation.

Stephanie Vaquer Explains What’s Really at Stake Against Giulia

0

At WWE NXT Roadblock, NXT Women’s Champion Giulia will go head-to-head with NXT Women’s North American Champion Stephanie Vaquer in a highly anticipated matchup. This marks their first singles encounter since joining WWE, with the winner poised to solidify their place as the top star in NXT’s women’s division.

Speaking with Bully Ray on Busted Open, Vaquer shared her mindset ahead of the showdown. While titles are significant, she emphasized that her primary goal is proving she is the best.

“Maybe it’s weird, but for me, it’s different. I [don’t] think in championships and titles, where [it’s] more bigger or no. I just want to be the best,” Vaquer said.

“If [to] be the best, title, more title, more big title, it’s okay. But I want to be the best. My focus is being the best. I know that Giulia’s title is so important. My title, too. But I try to focus on match [with] Giulia and win. Not just about the title. It’s about who it’s the best.”

With both champions determined to prove their dominance, their clash at NXT Roadblock is set to be a defining moment in the brand’s women’s division.

AEW Collision Undergoing Interesting Experiment Next Week

0

AEW Collision will be undergoing an interesting experiment for the week of March 17-23, varying from its usual format.

The 2-hour Saturday night show usually airs at 8 PM ET on TNT. For next week, however, the slot will be taken up by the NCAA ‘March Madness’ games.

The broadcast network usually just bumps the full wrestling show up in such cases, and it airs whenever the program taking its place concludes.

Though for next week, the official WBD website is listing two 1-hour episodes of Collisions for both Saturday, March 22, and Sunday March 23 instead. Both the shows are listed to start at 11 p.m. ET, after the conclusion of the NCAA games.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer, this is an experiment on TNT’s part. By breaking up the usual 2-hour show into two separate hour-long episodes, the Network is giving Collision two lead-ins from the March Madness games instead of one.

The Collision episode is set to be taped in advance from the Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Omaha, Nebraska, alongside the live March 19th episode of Wednesday Night Dynamite.

No matches or segments have been confirmed for the upcoming show just yet, but we can expect to see some top stars on the episode to take advantage of the lead in.

AJ Styles Challenges Logan Paul: Prove You Belong in WWE or Leave

0

AJ Styles isn’t convinced Logan Paul belongs in WWE and is ready to put him to the test. After recent tensions between the two, things escalated on WWE Raw when Styles attacked Paul, forcing him to retreat.

Speaking on Raw Recap, Styles made it clear that he’s not just fighting for himself—he’s fighting for everyone who questions Paul’s place in WWE.

“I feel like it’s me and the rest of the country wanting to hurt Logan Paul. So I’m just trying to do everyone a favor and get it done as quick as possible—get him out of our ring,” Styles said.

When asked if he thought Paul respected wrestling, Styles didn’t hold back, likening him to a spoiled child who hasn’t paid his dues.

“It’s like giving your kids everything they want before they even work for anything. They’re spoiled, right? And I would say it’s kind of the same thing with Logan Paul.

He thinks he can just come to a WWE ring. Not an independent wrestling ring like the rest of us had, or maybe at least the PC to train a little bit. He has done none of that, and thinks he belongs in our ring?”

While Styles acknowledged Paul’s athletic ability, he argued that being an athlete doesn’t automatically make someone a WWE superstar.

“There are tons of athletes out there that don’t belong in our ring. We had to sacrifice something to get here—time, pain, all of it. Logan Paul hasn’t given anything. That’s the problem. You gotta give something to get something.”

Styles made his intentions clear—he’s not backing down until Paul proves he belongs.

“I didn’t start this. Logan did. I’m just gonna finish it. If he wants to be in a WWE ring, let’s see how bad he wants it. Let’s take him to a point where he might break. If he doesn’t, maybe he belongs. I don’t have to like him, but I can respect him. Maybe this needs to be a match. I don’t care where. Let’s do it.”

AJ Styles isn’t interested in shortcuts or handouts—if Logan Paul wants respect in WWE, he’s going to have to fight for it. The question is, can he handle it when things get real?

Bron Breakker is a Paul Heyman Guy

0

Bron Breakker’s rise in WWE continues and the reigning Intercontinental Champion has a legendary mentor to thank for his progress.

According to WWE executive Triple H, the “Wise Man” Paul Heyman has been playing an intricate role in Breakker’s development, potentially paving the way for a future on-screen alliance.

“I have Heyman spend a lot of time with [Bron Breakker] to help develop his promos, to help develop his character, to help push him in a direction,” Triple H told The Hollywood Reporter.

Following his title defense at Survivor Series: WarGames 2024, Breakker was asked about possibly teaming up with Heyman. The champion remained open to the idea.

“I definitely think that there’s a possibility of that happening at some point, maybe down the line,” Breakker said in the post-show press conference.

“The door is definitely open. We’ll just have to say ‘never say never’ on that.”

Breakker has already worked with Heyman in the past. In October 2023, the advocate was temporarily loaned by Roman Reigns to guide Breakker for a high-stakes WWE NXT match against Carmelo Hayes. The event, which saw NXT triumph over AEW Dynamite in ratings, ended with Breakker falling short despite Heyman’s presence.

Paul Heyman, a 2024 WWE Hall of Fame inductee, has spoken highly of Breakker as a potential future star. He has also named other top talents like GUNTHER, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, and Liv Morgan as part of WWE’s strongest roster to date.

With Breakker’s rapid ascent, a partnership with Heyman could be the next step in solidifying his main event status.

‘He’s A Motherf*cker’: Scott Steiner Has Not Forgiven Hulk Hogan’s Past Deeds

0

Scott Steiner has not forgotten Hulk Hogan’s transgressions.

The wrestling veteran recently spoke to Chris Van Vliet for a new interview. He talked about things such as his famous Steiner math promo, his son Brock signing a WWE NIL deal and more.

During the interview, Scott also talked about his WCW run in detail and the origins of his Big Poppa Pump character. He explained that the gimmick was born out of his real-life experiences in the pro wrestling world.

Steiner noted how he was a happy-go-lucky kid when he first joined the business but he soon learned about all the ‘bullsh*t of professional wrestling’ such as backstage politics played by top stars like Hulk Hogan:

“That was a real thing back then the older guys keeping the younger guys down. When I said that I got beat in my first match after turning heel, the call was made by Hulk Hogan to have me beat. So the reason I knew that because somebody that was in the vicinity of talking to him.

So it might piss me off, but you can overcome wins and losses. People can see your personality and what you do on camera. Wins and losses, you can overcome them. But when another wrestler decides he’s going to decide who wins, it is bullsh*t.”

A Piece Of Sh*t: Scott Steiner

After an earlier run, the Steiner Brothers rejoined WCW in 1996. They teamed together for a couple years before Scott turned heel by attacking his brother Rick and joining the nWo at the SuperBrawl VIII. The wrestling legend developed the Big Poppa Pump character he is most widely known for in the next few months, completely changing his look as well as his mannerisms.

When asked why does he thinks Hulk Hogan wanted to keep him down, Scott Steiner did not hold back on the Hulkster. The former WCW Champion claimed that the WWE Hall of Famer is ‘a piece of sh*t’:

“He’s a motherf*cker. There’s no other way I can say it, he’s a piece of sh*t. We did a Nitro in Buffalo and I knew who I had to wrestle, per se. But ten minutes before the show went on air at ten to eight, I didn’t know if it was going to happen or not. We had to wait until Hogan got to the building and say, clear it. Yeah, you could do what they had written down.”

The former TNA star was also questioned about his current relationship with Hogan, and he said that he has still not forgotten everything Hogan did to him. He told the story of how Hulk almost got him arrested on false accusations of attacking Hogan’s wife back in 2015 and said that there’s a reason the Hulkster got booed at the Raw Netflix premiere.

‘They Know He’s A Steiner’ – Scott Steiner Talks Bron Breakker’s Name

0

Since arriving in WWE in 2021, Bron Breakker has made a name for himself in WWE and on the main roster. Despite the impressive record of the former NXT Champion and current Intercontinental Champion, many fans believe that Breakker should be using the Steiner name used by his father Rick and uncle Scott.

On the Insight podcast, Scott discussed his nephew’s name. While Bron may never use the Steiner name, Scott is pleased that WWE isn’t shying away from his lineage.

“Well they never shied away from that because he introduced us at the Hall of Fame. So for whatever reason they used Bron Breakker, but they know he’s a Steiner.”

Scott’s son Brock could be joining his cousin on WWE TV after recently signing an NIL contract. While Scott can’t guarantee the future, he believes the Steiner name will live on in WWE.

“Brock would probably use a Steiner name. I’m not sure if it would be Brock, but it would be Steiner.”

Whatever name Bron Breakker uses, his success in WWE in the four years since he arrived has proved undeniable. Already the Intercontinental Champion, many predict it is just a matter of time before Scott’s nephew enters the World Title picture. With WrestleMania 41 looming, fans can expect big things in Las Vegas for Bron Breakker, no matter what name fans know him for.

Kamille Explains Real Meaning Of Controversial AEW Revolution Segment

0

AEW star Kamille has defended her Queen of The Ring co-star Damaris Lewis after her controversial segment at the Revolution PPV.

The actress was one of the celebrities attending the PPV to promote the new movie. When asked about her experience of working in the pro wrestling-based film, she said “you all know you are going to win before everybody else does” and thanked wrestlers for teaching her that.

The awkward segment did not go over well with the wrestling fans and they targeted Lewis for exposing the business. The backstage reaction to her comments were not any better. Reports claimed that ‘audible groans’ were heard when she said this and her remarks were not well received.

Kamille who stars in the movie with Damaris, however, came to her defense with an Instagram video. She explained that her co-star respects the industry very much and her comments were not about the pre-determined nature of the business. According to Kamille who has done many rounds of press with Damaris Lewis, she was actually talking about the resolve of the talents to win a match:

“She’s not talking about who’s going to win. If you notice, she doesn’t say, ‘Y’all already know who’s going to win.’ She says, ‘Y’all already know YOU’RE going to win.’ What she meant by that is we are determined. We know that we are winners.

We know that we’re going to make it no matter what. We have it in our minds, predetermined, that we are going to win, That we’re going to get where we want to go, do what we want to do, what dream we set. That’s what she meant, guys.”

The former NWA Women’s Champion noted that the actress had only a few seconds to say something meaningful and her comments did not come across as she meant it. Kamille praised her friend as a very deep thinker and noted that she made her point very clear in longer interviews she did during the Queen of The Ring press tour.

The female wrestling star is signed to AEW but she has not been seen on Tony Khan’s promotion since November last year. Many people believed that she was just taking time off for this movie but a latest development suggests it’s not the case. You can check out more here.

Scott Steiner: Harvard Professor Proved Math Promo Is Correct

0

Of all of Scott Steiner’s many promos in wrestling, few stand out (for better or worse) than his ‘Steiner Math’ promo ahead of TNA Sacrifice 2008. On the Insight podcast, Steiner shared the origins of the infamous speech.

“I just thought about it. I knew maybe an hour before I start thinking about it, they told me I had to do an interview.”

A graduate of a highly educated university (the University of Michigan) Steiner claimed the promo, which guaranteed him a 141 2/3% chance of victory, made sense. Fans don’t just have to take Steiner’s word for it, as an alleged Harvard professor on X (fka Twitter) agrees.

“There’s a Harvard professor, I don’t know, because everything you read on Twitter is 100% true, right? So he checked the numbers said, yeah, they added up.”

Whoever this Harvard professor is, they may want to get their qualifications checked. Despite the math proving Steiner was guaranteed to win the triple-threat at TNA Sacrifice, he came up short against World Champion Samoa Joe in a match that included Frankie Kazarian.

Almost 17 years later, Steiner’s promo remains a hit with fans, showing the unpredictable and often hilarious side of the WWE Hall of Famer. To this day, Steiner continues to be a larger-than-life name in wrestling with a legacy that can’t be subtracted from.

‘A Special Gal’ – Francesca Eastwood On Portraying Mae Young in Queen of the Ring

0

The Mildred Burke biopic Queen of the Ring is now in cinemas, promising fans an exciting look into the early days of women’s wrestling. Speaking to TNA Wrestling, Francesca Eastwood, who portrays a prime-of-her-career Mae Young, discussed being inspired by the WWE Hall of Famer.

“She was wrestling into her 70s and 80s. I find that to be the driving force of everything. To be that type of person, you’ve got to be a special gal.”

Eastwood, daughter of Clint Eastwood, had no wrestling experience prior to filming, and was “blessed” with the opportunity to learn stunts in Ohio Valley Wrestling. While Eastwood knew the role was going to be demanding, her mind couldn’t prepare her for how tough it’d be.

“This profession wrestling] is so physically challenging but, you know, that’s kinda why I’m an actress. I’m into that.”

Fortunately for Eastwood, the camraderie of those working on Queen of the Ring proved to be second to none. Summing up her experience shooting the movie and dipping her toe into the world of professional wrestling, Eastwood called it “a hell of a ride!”

Eastwood is part of an impressive cast for Queen of the Ring which stars Emily Bett Rickards (Arrow) as Burke. Wrestling names involved in the film include ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm as Clara Mortensen, Trinity ‘Naomi’ Fatu as Ethel Johnson, Britt Baker as Debbie Nichols, and Kailey ‘Kamille’ Farmer as June Byers. Jim Cornette plays an NWA Commissioner.

‘Doesn’t Make Him A Good Person’: Seth Rollins Reveals Real Thoughts On Hulk Hogan’s Recent Troubles

0

Seth Rollins knew that Hulk Hogan will not be welcomed by fans at the Raw Netflix premiere.

The former World Champion recently had an interview with WFAN. He talked about things such as at what age he plans to retire, how different the wrestling world is today compared to his early days, and more.

During the interview, Rollins was also asked about The Hulkster. The Architect noted that Hogan has always been kind to him, though he admitted that it doesn’t necessarily make him a good person:

“I was a Hogan fan growing up. I’ve said it a million times, the dude has been nothing but kind to me in my life and our interactions. Doesn’t make him a good person. Obviously, he’s run into some issues as of late. We’ll see if he clears those up. That’s his business though,”

I Was Not Surprised: Seth Rollins

Hulk Hogan has been in crosshairs of the wrestling fans since he made racially insensitive remarks in a leaked video. The WWE Hall of Fame’s recent political leanings have only added to the resentment of fans. All this resulted in Hogan getting booed out of the building when he made an appearance at Raw’s Netflix premiere from Los Angeles.

When asked if he was surprised by how the former face of WWE was treated when he showed up at the January 6 show, Seth Rollins said that he saw the fan reaction coming in advance:

“No, I was not surprised. I mean look, he hasn’t done a lot to harbor goodwill in his name over the past few years. So I just think with everything that’s going on with him, he came out, I saw it coming. I don’t know if anybody else did, but I did yes.”

Seth Rollins picked up an unwilling victory over CM Punk in the main event of this week’s Raw. This came after Roman Reigns interrupted their cage match and dragged Rollins out of the steel structure. Now it’d be interesting to see how Seth responds to his former teammate.

Raquel Rodriguez Predicts Double-Champion Status After WWE Raw Win

0

During the March 10, edition of WWE Raw, Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bayley to become the number one contender for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Speaking in a WWE Raw Digital Exclusive, Rodriguez was confident in her chances against The Valkyrie.

“You know what’s gonna happen to Lyra? The same thing that happened to Bayley tonight. So, yeah, I am very excited because pretty soon I’m gonna have have two of these bad boys [gestures to her Women’s Tag Team Title belt.]”

Raquel isn’t the only Judgment Day member hoping to become a double champion. In the video, Liv Morgan said that both she and Raquel will soon be double champions. Morgan clearly has plans to regain the WWE Women’s World Championship, a title she lost back in January to Rhea Ripley.

More Gold for the Judgment Day?

The Judgment Day has held plenty of titles over the years, including the Women’s World Title, WWE Tag Team Titles, Women’s Tag Team Titles, NXT North American Championship and Money in the Bank. In addition to Rodriguez’s quest to win the Women’s Intercontinental Title, the Men’s title could also soon be with the group. On Raw, Dominik Mysterio shared that he had acquired a title match for Finn Balor against Bron Breakker for the March 17, Raw in Brussels, Belgium.

Whether The Judgment Day wins either Intercontinental Championship remains to be seen but the faction has gold in its sights. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on the Judgment Day and their pursuit of more championship titles in WWE.

Seth Rollins Reveals Tentative Retirement Age

0

Seth Rollins has revealed his tentative retirement plan.

The Architect recently had an interview with WFAN. He talked about things such as how things have changed in the wrestling business since he debuted in WWE, Travis Scott’s involvement in John Cena’s heel turn and more.

Discussing the topic of athletes in different sports, Rollins noted how wrestlers are able to extend their careers because they’re storytellers and the wrestling audience is much more forgiving to lapses in physicality than other sports. Seth was then asked if he himself knows when he might retire from in-ring action. The former World Champion said that it’ll depend on how things develop in the next few years:

“No, I’ll be 39 in May. You know, 45 maybe really sounds all right to me, I think. It’s kind of going to depend on what I do in the next few years as far as outside of WWE or behind the scenes in WWE. Both of those things are appealing to me. So just got to figure out what that feels like. But like my body’s definitely…I feel good right now. I feel very good.”

I’m More Behind The Scenes Guy: Seth Rollins

The hosts brought up the possibility of Seth Rollins following the footsteps of someone like Jesse Venture and becoming a commentator after the end of his in-ring career. The former Shield member, however, said that he’d rather have a role behind the camera than in front of it once he hangs his boots:

“I think I’m more behind-the-scenes guy when it’s time for me to finish up. Like I’d like to be on the other side of it. I don’t want to be like a character in front of it anymore. Once I’m done in the ring, like let me go back, let me help, you know, the business. Let me help the young guys and girls, let me do something like that… Yeah, maybe something in the creative department. We’ll see.”

Seth Rollins has been testing the waters for an acting career in recent times. He even shot stuff for Captain America: Brave New World but his part was ultimately cut from the movie.

GUNTHER Calls WrestleMania A Mercy-Killing Ahead of Jey Uso Showdown

0

During the March 10, edition of WWE Raw, Jey Uso defeated Grayson Waller and was able to fend off an attack by A-Town Down Under after the match. However, GUNTHER was able to get a surprise ambush on ‘Main Event Jey’ and the segment ended with the World Heavyweight Champion standing tall.

Speaking in a WWE Raw Digital Exclusive after the segment, GUNTHER was asked about Jey’s resiliency, a trait the Ring General believes his WrestleMania 41 adversary does not possess.

“Resiliency? The only one resilient here is me because I uphold the highest standard for myself and the World Heavyweight Championship.”

GUNTHER continued to berate Jey as the King of the Ring claimed he’s beaten stronger, better, wrestlers than Jey. While Hey may have enjoyed “promoting that stupid four-letter catchphrase,” GUNTHER had four letters in mind for Uso this April inside Allegiant Stadium.

“When you walk into Las Vegas, it’s not gonna be the highlight of a sad twenty-year, play the second fiddle career. It’s gonna be the mercy killing of the Jey Uso experiment. Four letters, one word. Hell.”

Jey earned a title match by winning the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble match in one of the most shocking wins in the history of the match-type. While Jey is ready to bring the ‘Yeet Army’ to Las Vegas, GUNTHER is ready to spoil the fun of Uso and his fans this April at WrestleMania 41.

Andrew Schulz Vows Payback On Logan Paul After WWE Raw In MSG

0

On the March 10, edition of WWE Raw from MSG, Logan Paul got physical with comedian and proud New Yorker Andrew Schulz. Things could’ve gone from bad for worse for Schulz had AJ Styles not made the save in the World’s Most Famous Arena.

Speaking in a WWE Raw Digital Exclusive after the show, Schulz recalled once being friends with Paul and talked about the pair appearing on one another’s podcasts. Despite this, Schulz believes his former friend isn’t right for wrestling, especially with full-time talent hungry for an oppoetunity.

“We’re not here to see Logan parade around as this part-time wrestler-slash-Pokémon card collector, whatever the hell he does. There are people who have dedicated their lives to this s***, and I want to see them.”

Schulz concluded by taking aim at Paul once more for being a part-timer. The comedian then claimed that he’ll cross paths with the former U.S. Champion once again.

“I’m gonna bump into Logan again, and this time, we’re gonna be a little bit more prepared, and it’s gonna be a little bit less cordial. That’s all I’m trying to say.”

Despite Schulz’s threat, all signs point towards Paul Vs. Styles at WrestleMania 41. While the part-time schedule and the attitude of Logan Paul continues to anger many, his skills in the ring have put the content-creator in line for a showdown against one of wrestling’s most ‘Phenomenal’ stars.
